This company is a total SCAM. Sign there was free parking 3rd floor and above, me and my pregnant wife park the further away than the 3rd floor and then they charge us because we went to the 4th floor even though there were no signs and it all indicated it was FREE parking during Sundays. We were there for 3 hours and my wife is 8 months pregnant and they sent us an $87 ticket which is absurd. I tried to dispute and be kind with the company that we did not see any sign and never had an issue there before and was an honest mistake but nope, even escalating to management these heartless souls who work at the company still denied the dispute. ********************* taking advantage of kind, law abiding citizens!!!

We parked in there parking lot in ********* *********, on June 14th, 2025, and tried to pay for the space THREE TIMES, but it kept saying " Sorry something went wrong ", and would not take our payment!. There were several with us, in different vehicles, who also tried to pay, that it did the same thing to them!. There were also other's we didn't know, that said the samething was happening to them as well!. We parked for about one and a half hour, A week later on June 22, we get a notice from the Parking Revenue Recovery Service that we owe $97 for failure to pay!. We protested it, and they declined our protest, but said if we paid it within 10 days, they would reduce amount to $25!. I tried to go online and pay the $25, and got another, " Sorry an error happened ", and so I could not pay online!. I finally reached someone by phone, and finally paid the $25!. Our complaint is that this seems like ONE BIG Parkinglot SCAM!. They need to be investigated, because there's no telling how many times this happens, and how they rip people off for extra money!.

This company is a criminal scam. Son pulled in and out of a lot in 20 minutes to pick someone up. Said he saw no signs. $90 bill in the mail for a quick in and out

Just like everyone else, I believe they are violating customers DPPA rights to collect unreasonable fees, while not following posted sinage. They already have a class action in ******** where they are based for the same thing. Something needs to be done as this is insane. They have no proof we are the people who parked there as their photos never show the drivers face (nor have the meta data to proove they were taken on the date in question)

I received a "violation notice" from this company post marked 5.19.25 and the notice stated if I pay it by 5.3.25, There would be a $40 discount off of the $97 "fine"???. I filed a dispute with them via email for which we exchanged a few emails and I provided copies of my receipts but then they stopped corresponding. I called today and I was placed on hold multiple times, with multiple "operators" hoping I would hang up(I believe). Finally I sent the "supervisor a copy of my receipt and she dismissed it. On a second parking violation of which I was 17 minutes late, I had to pay them $77 to clear the *********** how can they offer you a "discount of fine" before a certain date but not mail until 2 weeks AFTER THAT DATE????

Total scam and complete criminals. How can a company still exists that tries to extort people like this? They send you a picture of your vehicle parked in their lot and claim you didn't pay for it. It says the notice fee (fine) is $92.00. I have a bank debit to show otherwise for the same day. This lot is at **************************************************. Never parking there again. How can this be legal by putting the burden of proof on the customer to prove they paid? The fine print also says that when you parked there, you waived your right to a jury trial or class action suit and that the only remedy for unresolved disputes is binding arbitration. What a joke!

This company are extorting money from the public. My teenageson, unknowingly parked briefly in a lot of theirs. He had never experienced a "pay lot" where we live and didnt know he needed to pay $1-2 to park there. They send him a $104 bill and threaten to boot and tow his car and report him to the collection agency if he doesnt pay. I appeal and let the know the circumstances and offer to pay $25....the cost of a parking violation in ********* and more than 10 times the amount he should have paid and was told that wasnt good enough, that they would kindly reduce the bill to $84 but that was it. Nearly 100 times the cost to park there!! And I have seen that they have a 1 star review with hundreds of reviewers and yet they are still operating in this manner.

They photograph cars and license plates, and charge $104 if you overstay by 5 minutes, although their online platform to extend time or apply a discount does not work-most likely by design. They make their money out of extortion, using the credit collection system. Horrible people, horrible company. ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would leave zero stars if possible. This company pretends to not have any contact with the owners of the parking lots that they manage. They also pretend to not have any connection with Daniel B Kelley, Attorney at Law, LLC even though it is an alternate name for the company. They are unreasonable, do not respond to emails, and quite rude on the phone (if they pick up). Awful business & should be avoided at any cost.

Just paid a nearly $100 fine to PRRS for overstaying 30 minutes in one of their monitored lots (I had already paid nearly $75 dollars for just two hours of parking!). They sent me a threatening letter in the mail several weeks ago and I received a second letter from their lawyer today. I think anyone could agree that the fine here is totally out of proportion to the offense, but the aggression worked as it was intended. If open parking lots are going to start fining people this way using automatic license plate recognition, then they should set up their payment kiosks like enclosed lots - where you get a ticket when you arrive to the lot and then you pay for the exact amount of time used when you get back to the lot. PRRS and others like it are taking advantage of people honestly trying guess how long they will be using the lot and then sending them exorbitant fines when they are off the ***** The incentive then is for customers overpay - would I be able to ask for a refund using the same pictures they take of my car leaving the lot early? Some enterprising person should look into this. Also, PRRS' pulling home addresses from DMV databases using license plate information probably violates or at least sneakily skirts the "1994 Drivers Privacy Protection Act." For the other thousands of people filing complaints here, you may want to look and see if your state has specific laws protecting you from this practice and inform PRRS accordingly. Finally, I have to admit that the business plan here for PRRS really is something to behold - PRRS and its owners must be making a ton of money with what is clearly a racket. Karma is a terrible thing...
