My notice number is PCA-******. I was fined $80 (then lowered to $40) because of the "Paid ******************** However, I was actually trying to pay immediately after I parked, but due to a network issue, my first payment failed. When I found this out, I immediately initiated my 2nd payment which was successful, but that past 16 mins after I parked, which was why they wanted to charge me. I was trying to appeal it. I attached 2 screenshots to an email as my proof: one showed I messaged them to pay two mins after I parked, and the other one showed my second payment was successful. The only thing I want was to waive my fine or lower it to $10. However, they only offered to lower my fine to $40. After I got their first email reply, which was to lower my fine to $40, my 2 follow-up emails didn't get any response. It's unfair to fine someone who tried to follow their rule but couldn't complete payment due to a network issue and the payment was finally been completed. Apparently, I was trying to follow their rule and make the payment, so I messaged them right after I parked, I tried to initiate payment 2 times and I tried to communicate with them in their appeal way. Just because of my network issue, which wasn't something I could control, I couldn't really complete my payment for the first time. However, I made it up immediately when I could, and they still want to charge me $40.I just want to ask, why am I fined $40? Am I charged because I want to follow your rule OR because of the network issue that I can't control?

This business and lot is continually scamming people. Received 5 separate violations which are false. One even said "no payment received." I don't understand how this company has not been shut down yet. No matter when you enter or leave, or what you pay, they assess an additional fee.
