I received a fraudulent invoice from the Toastmasters International club named Saturday Fearless Toastmasters. I received no service, product, or membership from them, and have not ordered any service, product, or membership from them. Furthermore, I did not request, submit, or register any application for membership in Saturday Fearless Toastmasters. If an application or registration exists under my name, they must have falsified the documents using my Personally Identifiable Information (PII) illegally, and perhaps even forged my signature.I responded to Saturday Fearless Toastmasters' invoice notification via email. In my response, I indicated that I had not ordered or received any product, service or membership from them. I requested that they cancel the invoice since I am not a member, nor do I want to be one. They have not addressed my concerns, but instead, they persist in asking me to pay the fraudulent invoice amount of $60.00.

On February 2, **** I emailed Club Quality regarding complaints that I have with respect to one of my Clubs, Raising Champions Advanced Toastmasters. They had a concern about me and I raised two complaints of my own. The response of the Club was to retaliate by barring me from Club meetings and not allow me to attend or sign up for roles for future meetings, even though I am an active member. Club Quality advised me of the correct procedures for such matters which I was already aware of and had communicated to the Club. The Club Executive refuses to follow the procedures set out in Protocol 3. On Feb. 10 a representative from Club Quality offered to email the Club Executive but as of Feb. 17 that had not yet happened. On Feb. 9 I emailed all of the information on this situation to the Office of the **** but it was redirected to the Club and Member Support Lead with a fairly generic response. After calling Club Quality 10x and only getting voicemail, I emailed the Lead on Feb. 15 asking him to call me, but as of Feb. 17 I have not heard from him. At this point it is clear that the Club Executive has no intention of resolving this matter or following Protocol 3. I am also not getting the support and intervention I need from World Headquarters in order to bring this matter to a conclusion. The issues I brought forward regarding this Club are important and need to be addressed. I feel the Club Executive and World Headquarters are ignoring me and hoping I will just go away. This entire matter has been deal with via email which has been very ineffective and I wish someone from World Headquarters to call me; someone who is willing to intervene in this situation so that we may reach a resolution.
