    I'm the Treasurer and member of ********* Toastmasters prison club here in **. I am the only member from the outside who can go online to complete transactions. In October 2022, I started the process of purchasing printed Paths (educational programming materials) for all the members of Ridgeland Toastmasters. Printed Paths cost $25 and are mailed in three separate mailings. I finally starting receiving the material in Dec 22/ Jan23. I was shocked when I finally received a receipt in FEBRUARY (date missing on purpose I believe) that indicated Toastmasters had charged us $45 per Path. Except for prison clubs, TM programming is accessed online, which inmates cannot are unable to do. They receive no benefit from the organization, yet they are required to pay $45 membership dues for six months of membership. I've been in contact with ************************* at TMI HQ who promised a refund. It's been weeks since I last heard from *******. I don't know what else to do other than to warn others. For a communications company, their lack of communication is astonishing.
