    Thanks so much for reaching out.  We're one of several HomeVestors franchises in the ************ area (and one of the only that are BBB accredited).  I don't show that we've spoken before, so perhaps you had spoken with a different franchise.  That being said, we only want to advertise to those potential clients where they're interested in selling, so we appreciate the opportunity to update our mailing lists and focus our time and efforts where they will be better received.  I have personally removed you from our office's lists, based off the ** Box information you've given.  We do advertise at a high volume, so you may seeing residual mailers hit your mailbox before the update takes effect, as these mail pieces have already been initiated.  If these mailers are coming from us, you should see them stop soon.  Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.  Please let me know if there's anything else we can do to assist.

    They keep mailing unsolicited cards wanting to purchase my residence.I have asked them 4or 5 times to remove me from their mailing list and stop sending me their solicitations. They keep mailing these annoying cards.

    Thanks so much for reaching out.  All of our offices are independently owned and operated.  I searched both the phone number and address from this correspondence, and I'm not showing that we interacted at all.  I have a feeling that it was another ****** area franchise that you'd been speaking with, and since not all franchises are BBB rated, this complaint accidentally got associated with our offices instead.  I went ahead and submitted the request for removal on your behalf though on a corporate level, as well as sending out the info to all ****** area franchises.  Hopefully that will stop advertising mailers from being sent to you.  We certainly don't target any particular homeowner and don't want to waste marketing money and efforts with owners that have no interest in working with us, so we appreciate you letting us know.

    Please remove our address from your mailing system. The ********* no longer live ********* plan to be in this house a very long time & have just purchased & have no desire to sell.

    Im happy to remove you from our mailing list.  Please know that we mail to areas that we like to buy in and dont target any specific person.  All of our mailing pieces come with a website you can go to to automatically remove you from our lists, but I did receive your message through the BBB instead and will submit that request on your behalf right now.  It may take a couple cycles for the request to catch, as we submit our marketing orders months in advance, but hopefully that will stop soon for you as we want to direct our efforts towards homeowners that we actually have the possibility of working with in the future.  Thanks for your time, and I hope you have a great day!
