  Working with the Corporate Properties **** team made an extremely difficult situation very easy. I was assisting an very elderly friend who had taken a significant fall and needed to sell her home immediately for movement into assisted living. The Corporate Properties **** team came in and assisted us by buying the house at a fair price and eliminating all of the burden associated with getting it ready to sell and finding a buyer. They were extremely non-judgmental and went above and beyond with a property that was more than neglected for 20+ years. We could not have done it without them and their support. I highly recommend their services to anyone in a situation where you need to sell your home and you dont have the bandwidth or capacity to take on everything that goes into repairing and selling a home.

  Fell on hard times HomeVestors helped me out. They purchased my property and helped me out and prevented a foreclosure on the property and saved me from a great mess financially that I was heading too. Great company will recommend to all my friends. Thank you for everything you did for me

  My experience was a great one! We live in another state and needed to sell our rental property quickly. They were fast and straight forward. We closed in about a week. All my emails were answered quickly and their customer service was always very friendly. I would recommend to someone who needed to sell a property.
