  Only reason Im putting a 1 star because I half to. They sold me a lemon 2018 **** escape. I didnt even have the car a week and it broke down. We fixed it. Not even two days after fixing it. Here we are again broke down. Each time I reach out to ***** the owner. ***** always says he isnt there he wont be back until next week. So I had my friend call and he will be back in the morning. The motor is bad I had to have it towed to the mechanic. ***** wont return my calls at all just ignores me. I bought a vehicle protection and cant use that unless you have drove ***** miles. You cant do that cause the car is broke down. These people are scum stay away from them completely. Now Im out of *****s of dollars that I dont have.

  The salesmen, Philly ***** and *****, used deceitful tactics to see me a lemon. Happy to provide details. When the car did not pass emissions, the shop did whatever it needed to, to get it to pass. Unfortunately, that included adjusting the carburetor to the point where I was left stranded and my vehicle unable to start and needing a tow, the very next day. I should also say that I paid them more than $400 to fix a leak that would later be identified as a much more serious issue, and reconnect the drivers side key to unlock mechanism (yes, they sold me a car that couldnt unlock and charged me to fix it). A proper mechanic has noted the radiator is filled with liquid seal (hiding a serious leak), a need for all new head gaskets, and a major brake issue. I blame myself for trusting men who seemed trustworthy. Turns out, all this company cared about, was making a buck. Theyve done nothing to make this right.

  Bought a vehicle with these criminals. Real sketchy ********* that the engine light was illuminated and they said that it needs an oil change. Less than 24 hrs later after purchasing. The vehicle cant drive over 20 mph. Brought it in to get a diagnosis. It needs $10k worth of parts and labor to initially find whats wrong with other parts (all of the vehicle harnessing needs to be replaced). Do not give these people a dime, I hope they get shut down!

  i purchased a 2015 kia ******* for my granddaughter. We drove the care home to HR and it overheated. We took it back and the manager, ***** told us he would get it fixed at the mechanic next door. it has been almost two weeks, we don't have the car or a status on the problem, or a timeline on when we will get the car.numerous calls have been made to *****, manager, he sometimes returns the calls, sometimes, texts, but can't tell me what the mechanical problem is or when to expect the car.I would like my money back. I thought I was purchasing a safe, reliable car for my 16 yrs old granddaughter.

  Highly suggest you save your time and energy and move on. I cannot even explain how awefule this company is. My husband and I got pre-approved. ***** tried to tell us it was a "soft run" on our credit. Whatever the h*** that means. And what do you know our credit gets screwed for a pre-approval. Moving on we drive almost 2 hours to test drive a few cars. ***** the "sales manager" was supposed to have been helping us in place of ***** because what do you know it was masons day off. So we get told ***** will be working with us and knows our situation and needs. We get there and ***** doesnt even introduce himself. Instead they have a gal with no knowledge of vehichles helping us. The only welcoming we got from ***** was him telling this girl we had 15 minutes till they start closing down as soon as we began our test drive. Keep in mind we had an appointment with these people. Didnt even get the guy we set an appointment with and to make matter worse get there and told we are in a rush. After a 2 hour drive with 2 small children. I cannot even go into how insulting and arrogant ***** was. The man couldnt stop taling about how long hes been in the business but he was the worst sales man I have ever worked with. I would never buy a car or trust this company.
