  They simply skip our trash pickup now and then and only ever offer the excuse that our trash was not out, when it is in the same spot as always. ****** reviews shows many people with this issue, many of which have ring cameras with proof of their claims, and yet all HBS does is blame shift and give excuse after excuse for their dishonesty.

  They do a good job of keeping customers informed. They do hat they say they will, even if an issue seems like it may be minor. In my case, I recently had recycling strewn all over the side of the road where I live. It appeared most of the bin had been towed, but not in the truck. I honestly didn't expect, when I called, thsat promised work order would result in the trash being cleaned up. But it ****** was the principle of the thing, that trash properly in their bin at the required spot was theirs once it was delivered to the pick up location. Apparently they agreed, because it's all gone this morning.I believe in giving credit where it's due. Thanks for doing the right thing, HBS

  *** has been very good to us since we started using them. We live in ******. Our driver out here is ******. He is very efficient, courteous and friendly. Unlike some of the other people in this area, I see three other different companies in the neighborhood. I am sure that all have pros and cons but I am very satisfied with ***.

  Horrible company. But I guess it doesn't matter when your business is a monopoly and you don't have any competition. If you are fortunate enough to have other options...avoid this terrible company like the plague.My elderly mother lives in ****************, **...so I take care of her affairs. This company has missed several pickups ( to include regular days and holidays). If you are lucky enough to speak to someone from customer service, they will tell you to leave the full trash can and any loose trash bags (due to no space) on the side of the road. And they will pick it all up the following week. Wonder what code enforcement would say about that.I usually have to get friends to pick up her trash and pay to take it to the dump so she doesn't have a bunch of maggots or rodents tearing through random bags of trash sitting next to the trash can. This company *****.

  Terrible customer service and price-gouging. After missing the latest pick up, we decided to cancel. In order to cancel, they charged three months' fee to cancel, but won't even pick up the trash during that time. So we have to empty the cans and hold the trash until the new service can start. Thus, when you go to cancel, beware you'll pay for 3 months' worth of no service whatsoever. They were also rude about the cancelation of service. Furthermore, their website for billing is difficult to use and unreliable.When we cancelled, they told us to set out the cans by 7:00 am Friday, but they didnt pick them up; when we called, they told us to set them out Tuesday, with no explanation or apology. Then on Tuesday I called them and asked why they didnt pick them up, they blamed the weather, even though its been sunny all week, and when I raised that, the person hung up on me.At first, I regretted choosing them, then once I went to cancel, they made sure I hated their service by punishing us.

  We had problems right from the start. Inconsistent pickups started to happen right away. Then not taking all the trash. They would empty two and leave one full of trash. Next week now we have even more can that they again do not take. Called to ask why and have them come pickup the left trash. Was then told it would be a greater charge because of the number of cans. witch was a result of them not picking up all the trash the prior week. They say its $90.00 per quarter for ONE can then another $45.00 per can per quarter. Very disrespectful claiming "that is the plan you signed up for" But we did not sign up for anything. One day we have "The garbage man" trash collector now HBS Trash. With no notice from either company. Stay away.

  Our family had to file a lawsuit against HBS Trash. They totally disregarded our brand new asphalt road that we told them to avoid and they ruined it! We even wrote them and spoke to dispatch asking them in advance to be careful and stay off it and they didn't. We had an alternate road for them to use to pick up the trash too and even explained it to the driver the week prior. I guess HBD always changes their drivers and the drivers don't talk to dispatch - we don't know, but $15,000 of damage was caused by the HBS Trash company They are having their lawyers deny the fact, but the facts don't lie. You can see by their stellar **** rating on BBB that this company is full of it and doesn't truly care about their customers whatsoever. Justice will prevail. If at all possible don't hire this company!!!

  This provide did a good job for year; but today, they are only good with regular trash pick up and are terrible with the recycle pick up. they are to pick up every other week for the recycle and they have missed the last two pick up ( a month)! When I called last week; they reported it was picked up which really we upsetting since they did not and today I called at 230PM to let them know they still have to picked it up and i was told they had not run yet. at 7PM, no pick up

  Love their service in ********* **. Always on time. Get emails about disruption on services caused by weather.
