    Rude customer service (if you can call it that), broken promises, no trash pick up even though we are paying for it. No return phone calls. Stay away from this company.

    Our trash company was brought out by this company. There are several times when our trash hasnt been picked up. **************** has placed work orders to have someone pick up the following day. We drag our trash back in to have to put it out again the next day. The person showed up and only took one bin leaving us with a full bin and no explanation. Second week and no pick up without an explanation. I am so frustrated. Funny thing was that the weeks leading to ***************** was consistent until the driver got his Christmas gift and now he ghosted us. What kind of service is this? Avoid them if you can. They are terrible as a business.

    We had The Garbage Man trash service for a few years, they were bought out by HBS ************* a few months ago. It started out on the wrong foot when we received a rude call from HBS upset with us that we had not paid the **** they sent us. We had just received the **** that very day as I explained to the person on the phone. She didn't seem to care, as we were told to pay it a soon as possible. Over the next few months they seemed to have a problem with how we put our trash out; or they just didn't pick up the trash because their truck broke down. So we would have to haul the trash in and out waiting for them to pick it up... all the while they were slowly raising our **** higher. Last week they decided not to pick up a couple of barrels, and when I called to question why, she said we were only allowed 1 barrel and had to pay extra for anymore on the curb. What, I said, since when? Once again she wasn't very nice about it. We decided to cancel them and she informed me we had to pay $25 dollars to cancel. LAST STRAW! (8-5-2022)
