    I was contacted by the remediation company that repaired the apartment I lived in last, and they apparently billed me. I told them I was never an owner nor did I initiate the contract with them. They also never shared the information I requested. They found asbestos and black mold in the apartment I was renting. They refused to share the details with me, despite me being injured by the mold (nerve damage). I want the test results to share with my doctors, as its never been made available to me. They wouldnt share the info for the same reason I should not have received a bill or invoice at any time they said they wouldnt share the information unless it was with the person that formed the contract with them. I have lifelong nerve damage and not having this information has - and continues to hinder my medical treatment. I received a call this morning threatening that the bill would be sent to collections tomorrow; if it wasnt settled today. I need to make sure they understand I owe them nothing, and also ensure they havent damaged my credit with negligent billing practices.

    I am trying to get the records of what they found, so that I can get the proper medical care. My doctor says he might be able to find a remedy for my neuropathy, if I can supply him with the type of bacteria that was found. A technician for Team K Services told me that they not only found asbestos, but also black mold. I need that information and team K services says they can only release it to the property management group. They have not been receptive either - and so Im really having a difficult time trying to get a proper diagnoses and treatment. They also made a huge mess in the apartment, brought in a noisy industrial filter that had filthy wheels, and they just pushed it right onto the carpet with no regard for the cleanliness of the place.

    Hello, 

     

    Team K Services was contracted by the property management company that manages **************** unit. He is the tenant. Unfortunately, we are not able to share any documents with him directly without the consent of the management company. We have not received permission at this time. ************ is referring to bacteria, and there is no reference to bacteria in our reports, nor does the testing result exist for that. Asbestos was not friable, therefore exposure is highly unlikely.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    I just was able to catch up on this BBB complaint matter. 

    The business is flat incorrect. They told me there was asbestos and black mold to my face when they were in the apartment. They also installed a huge filter during the interim. The issue is and has always been referring to MOLD not bacteria. 

     

    Attached is also a note from a doctor asking about the type of mold I was exposed to- so that he can use it to help determine the better course of treatment.
