    This company is the worst!!!! They came to clean up a small flood, they were laughing and and throwing things around running in the basement. I thought ok they are so immature. Literally 6 to 7 different people called me to introduce themselves . It was so confusing to me . It was crazy from the get go. Ultimately they had two people who did not speak english do the finishing work, they were hired off the street. The young boys stole my light fixture , it was replaced by a cheap one. I was told they accidently threw it out. I provided the carpet, and paint for the space which is a closet. An electrician came out and tested the light socket and said it was ok. He said the company was impossible to work with. They charged me $800. for the visit that lasted at most 5 minutes. If you saw the furnace room and how they fixed it you would be shocked they put up a piece of wall and put two broken pieces on both sides. My ***************** of which I have been with for 30 plus years told me to wait to pay the balance. I then received a simple note sayng thank you for your business with no bill attached. I thought I was finished . Today I have a notice that they are putting a lean on my house. What a mess and what a horrible company.

    I work for a plumbing and heating company in **************** and had just had a bad experience with a restoration when Team K came by and left a card, less than a couple hours later we got a call for a flooded unit and i called Team K. I cant say enough about how they were right there kept me informed the hole time and never had to worry about a thing. **** is one of the most honest and respectable person and treats you like your there only customer, and the way he responds to every call is amazing, Then there's *** a wonderful person i call a friend stops by on a regular basis and has a smile that lights up a room. I will give them a 30 star rating if i could and they deserve it. I highly recommend them
