    I contacted All American Heating based on ****** website as a local installer for a water leak monitor.I know exactly what needs to be done (we have one now) and tried to send enough information for a ballpark estimate to install the monitor. They insisted on sending a technician to the house at a cost of $209 - just for the "truck to roll". The tech showed up on Tuesday morning, 5/28/2024, saw the pipe in question, confirmed location of an outlet, took 2 or 3 pictures, said his manager would get back to me within a couple of days with an estimate and then asked for payment. Here it is June 7th, 11 days after the initial visit, and I still have not received an estimate or contact what so ever from the company. I inquired about the estimate on 5/30, 2 days after the tech showed up, called again 5/31 and was told the office manager would get back to me. That never happened. So what exactly did I pay $209 for? My iphone works just as well as the tech's for taking pictures. If your business is too busy to create a work estimate in a timely manner, then say so up front. Do not charge $209 for "a truck to roll" and then ignore them. At this point I would not trust them to install the monitor and really would just like a refund for the complete lack of service.
