I ordered three cute shoes for my kids in April 2022. I got tracking info which showed they didn't go anywhere. I emailed with no reply and then decided it was my own fault to buy from someone with no refunds or cancelations.
October 2022 (six MONTHS later) I got a letter in the mail with store credit for the full amount plus a little extra and an apology saying the shoes got lost in shipping. So I bought more and ended up having to pay a bit more and get less cause the prices changed and mh kids were bigger now. November 2022 I placed my order and as I look today Sept 2023 they are "shipped" but not moving anywhere. I'm extra frustrated because I was duped into spending even more money thinking it was an honest mistake, but no.Initial Complaint

I ordered shoes on Dec. 6th, 2022 for $30.25 - Order#2391. They emailed they received my order and that they had shipped 12/19/2022 and provided this tracking number: **********************************************************************************************
Which only shows it as in pre-shipment. I've emailed multiple times since and they said they ate experiencing delays. That's when I realized it's just a fraud to get my money. I purchased three pairs of baby moccasins for $40 on September 11, 2022 (order #2281). As the business advised the wait time for shipping could be up to several weeks, I did not contact the company about my undelivered purchase until November 9. The tracking number (**** *******************************) provided to me consistently showed that the product had never been delivered to ****.
I sent four follow-up emails on November 13th, 18th, 24th, and 29th, but never received a response. I then contacted my credit card company to file a claim, but while Yeti Moccs at first refunded my purchase, they then charged it again and issued me a store credit for the amount spent. Additionally, I received an update on January 29th from Pay Pal indicating that my purchase was retroactively marked as shipped.
As I no longer have confidence in this company to fulfill an order, I do not wish to use this store credit and want my money to be refunded. I also emailed them again today (February 15th) requesting a refund in lieu of store credit.Business Response

This is the second time I have tried to order these. The first time I received an email that the shipment was lost and I was given a promo code. This was for order #****. The promo code was for $50. I used that promo code and paid an additional $14.25 another order. Which has not shipped again. I want a refund for the full amount of both orders. I have paid a total of $53.46 and not received any items. I can forward my email confirmations and shipment notifications (that show they never shipped). My first order, order was #****, was placed on 1/20/2022. I placed a replacement order, order #****, on 12/6/2022.

We made two separate orders within a month of each other, one placed October 11, 2022, the other November 11. Neither have shipped 1 and 2 months after placing the orders. The website indicates to expect a wait of 1-3 weeks before items ship. Toddler shoes are outgrown in months, so waiting months for an order cannot work. With both orders, we received emails saying the item had shipped, but the **** site says: "The **** ****** ******* was electronically notified by the shipper on October 27, 2022 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the **** or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available." Customer service has not replied to any emails asking about items. I've now asked for a refund for the first item twice, and had no response. Placed an order for two pairs of there moccs that were buy 2 get one free on 9/4/2022. Received shipping confirmation 10/26/2022 with tracking number. Tracking never changed only said that usps is awaiting the item in “pre shipment”. After multiple attempts to reach the business no answers or responses were ever given. Order number 2274. No longer able to contact them on their site.
