      I ordered in May of 2022, still no shoes. In April of 2022 they made a label but never actually gave a package to the USPS. After many attempts to contact the company and no response we eventually received a coupon code in the mail to reorder. That didn't include enough or the cost for shipping so we were charged additional money to replace our first order that never got shipped. We reordered in Jan of 2023. We still have no shoes. Though they have once again printed a label in Feb and now in April we got another email claiming our order was on its way though they still haven't been shipped. I have no confidence we will ever get the shoes.
      Very frustrating, I try to be patient because it has been a tough few years but if you cannot actually make and ship shoes in under 6 months...you probably aren't a make to order shoe company. At this point I need to talk to my credit card company about the fraud/theft. If they wish to be an actual business they should probably switch to only selling shoes they have already made, since the made to order plan seems to not work for them.

      It’s been 2 years. Tried an order two years ago and never received my Moccs. 1 year later I received something in the mail about a this issue and was given a certificate to get another pair free. A year later, nothing has arrived. There’s no contact. This company is fake.

      Placed an order on November 4th, I have a little one so her size changed rapidly. I have yet to receive my order and tried contacting the company with no response. Very disappointed. Was looking forward to helping out a Colorado company.

      This is my second order with Yeti Moccs as I made a mistake on sizes the first order. Nonetheless, I waited nearly 4 months for the first order and now I am at 3 months on the second order and still no moccasins! They are so wonderfully made but in today's online market, it is absolutely unacceptable to have no way of corresponding with the seller. I have had a preshipment label created for nearly 2 months! Was the order lost?!!! I wanted these to go with my daughter on her trip overseas to visit her brother and babies but again, I don't have them in time! With such a quality product, the customer service should match accordingly.
