      I had been a good customer for many years but not anymore. Always paid my bill with no questions asked They had my Van for 3.5 months, they gave me estimated costs of $350 and when it was said and done charged me over $800. They left several empty water bottles all over in the van, took my handicap placard., there were target receipts on the floor and they were not for car parts. there were. tags on the floor off of toys, tags off of underwear. they put a little over 300 miles on the Van while they had it those 3.5 months Grease on several spots on the inside door panel and steering wheel. Also gold paint on the inside of the drivers side door panel. there were 2 big trash bags full of stinky trash in the back along with a big greasy box full of car parts I guess. they were very greasy as well. tripled charged me for parts. I called and asked several times if my car was done and they said no, I even stopped by a couple of times and they had not even started working on it as it appears they were using it to run errands and other personal use. I am a senior citizen and feel like they really took advantage of me. Shame on you. If you take your car to these guys you are nuts and asking for the worst experience ever. I was horrified. this place should be shut down NOW.
