  I ordered brake fluid change/flush service among others. They left me with soft, inadequate braking pressure- twice. The brake pedal almost went all the way to the floorboard, even on the second time when I notified them and they redid the job. They put me out their door with dangerous brakes twice! The third time I asked to see the manager and he did it with me watching the entire time, and only then was it done correctly. Obviously, this was a potentially very dangerous situation, driving a truck with poor brakes, and, I have to think, ********** fully knowing. They drove the truck from the bay to the front of the store, so they knew the brakes were inadequate with less performance than I had when I brought them in. This is not about prefrance or inconvience, it's about my and the the publics safety!

  This jiffy lube ruined my brand new transmission in my ****** by putting the incorrect fluid in my CVT transmission. I went back to them on multiple occasions stating my car in shifting weird and was told to take it to the ****** dealership and I did. I was told by ****** and have it documented on paperwork that the incorrect fluid is in my transmission and overfilled voided my transmission warranty. They put penzol ATF in my CVT transmission. Which is on my receipt. They are shady, and a dishonest company. The ****** dealership called jiffy lube and the service technician that looked at my car told the manager what he found in my car. Thankfully I was given a sample of the incorrect fluid from ****** when I took my car to them 4/11/23. Its sad that ****** had to call them out on theyre BS. The manager gave a bogus answer of they put the incorrect fluid on my receipt. The manager wasnt even there at the time My car was serviced. What was put on my receipt was put in my car. My transmission warranty wouldnt have been voided if it was the correct fluid. Do not go here, even if it the only maintenance shop open dont go here.

  Extremely poor customer service and fraudulent activity. Do not recommend letting them service your vehicle or have access to your credit card information.

  December 4th I got my oil changed the workers did not make sure they met the service check list. I asked about the fluids they were suppose to provide and vacuuming my car they looked at each other as if I wasnt suppose to know that. I had my 3 year old daughter with me so that acted as I had the time to waist and did not care so they asked me to pull my car around no apology and explanation nothing. The lil girl with the braids finally pulled my car around put windshield wiper fluid in my car and then pulled back around and said it was ready. I looked at my car and noticed it was still not vacuumed Im concerned if they even provide the services requested amongst checking everything else on the service check list. I didnt have time to address because this would be my second time addressing this matter and I had things I needed to do Sunday. I pulled off and called the lil girl picked up with an attitude, when I informed her of my concerns she argued with me about the services provided instead taking accountability. Im ****** off with the lack of professionalism at this location and all the services requested that I paid for was not provided to me and I would like a refund of my money.
