1 starThis company copied content from our company webpage and provided to one of our competitors. Cease and desist letter was provided with with no immediate effect or acknowledgement. This cost our company both time and possible business as we had other customers ask if we were the same company due to breach of copyright. We started working with ***** 360 about a year ago, after we had been left dissatisfied with our marketing company at the time. Since switching to marketing 360 when have be very satisfied with their services and their commitment to helping our small business grow.

1 starIf I could give them a -2 stars I would. I am a small business owner and needed help marketing my online business. I reached out to them and everything we talked about sounded spot on. I am a Marketing major, but needed help with SEO, ****** Ads, website development, email marketing, and more. After over a year and a half of working with them, my marketing needs changed. I switched online platforms and needed help with developing my new website. They offered to help, but werent able to help solve the problems I had. As a result, I decided to cancel my monthly services with them. This is when their true colors started to show. They told me I had to give a 30 day notice for cancellation-fine. I told them I didnt need services I was paying for and didnt think I should be locked in to the $2500 I was paying. I was willing to pay less, but only for what I needed. They told me I was locked in even though I didnt sign a contract. I asked for my ****** Analytics account that I own the domain to and they also told me they couldnt separate it out from all of their clients accounts. I went around and around. I asked to speak to an Executive Account Manager. He was unprofessional and once I told him I was not happy and that this wasnt going to end well, he never responded back. He sent me a non-disclosure agreement after I told him I would let others know what had happened with me. Of course I didnt sign it. I am not one to complain or write bad reviews. However this experience has opened my eyes to the fact that this company truly doesnt care about their clients well-being. Once you try to move on from needing their services they make it extremely difficult. I emailed my accounts person and asked her to stop running ****** ads since I had a new website. There was no response. Today I was charged another $2500 ($600 for content) for what? No social posts, no SEO, more ****** Ads to a broken website link? They are crooked. I think Madwire is a scam. Hired this company for marketing, really they just robbed me. The salesperson made many promises, of which none we achieved. They were supposed to help me update my website charged me for it but never did. I asked them multiple times about sending out email marketing they said they would and never did. I paid them to ********* my logo it looked like a horrible cut and paste job. when told it was horrible they gave me the run around and told me they couldn't see what I was talking about. They are a horrible company ripping people off.Madwire

Same as everyone else on here, got completely ripped off for thousands and left with nothing to show. Type in the search engine "class action lawsuit madwire" to collect what is owed to you from these A---Holes. Watch them brainlessly leave the same reply below about how they cant find my info, morons...Madwire

I have to say working with ***** was an absolute blessing. He took my website and really vamped it up and made something beautiful out of it. It was already in existence but wasnt top notch. I developed MS while working on establishing my ecommerce presence and I have to say the first thing ***** would always ask was, And how are you feeling/doing today, whats been the *** the downs? I cant tell you how important that was for me to get through that difficult time. He was just a stability that was there every week, trying to ***cale my business while caring about my health struggles as well. He came up with blogs that were incredibly professional and backlinked those articles as well. I cant say we achieved our marketing goals as far as internet presence but that takes time in such a competitive market. ********************* has led the Marketing team for our new business and has done wonders for us. He is easy to reach, quick to respond to changes and corrections and not only comes to every meeting ready, he prepares great ideas and concepts. What a refreshing way to partner in business. As new business owners, there are so many moving parts and much of it is unpredictable, it is a huge peace knowing we have a team that is thinking of the things we dont have the time to think about right now. 1 starIt all true according to my experience! All of the reviews that I have read lead me to believe that they are all legit. My experience is very similar to all the rest of the these. I hired them in February of 2023 and thats when it all starting rolling down hill. First of all it took 3 months for them to even get my website made and up and running. They were also supposed to design my new logo (which they did eventually) but took longer to do than getting my website up.They did nothing to improve my ****** page and organic standing but they did take my money and ran paid ads with mediocre results. I ended up with 2 different marketing managers and 2 different website content managers which I never heard from. The content I asked to be placed on the website was not done so. To be honest it is hard to say if anyone is in charge at this place. I asked several times to speak with management/supervision and all I ever received was an email back from my "marketing manager" telling me that they are on track and that they have been doing everything that they are required to do and this was sent in a very defensive tone.All in all I spent about $10,000 with them and I am not any better off than when I started with them. As a matter of speaking, I am worse off. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Marketing360/Madwire for any marketing purposes.On a side note, this company does not have any ****** page and you actually have to look to see reviews, this is so they can try and control what people say.Review fromJude N

1 starMadwire and Marketing 360- A nightmare SEO company- Professional Scammers My Success manager was the biggest straight-faced liar in the world.Despite various emails, they refused to restore our ******** administrative access to us. We have to create a new account and start from scratch. ******** did not help us because they are the administrative manager.Be very careful when dealing with this company.
