  It all true according to my experience! All of the reviews that I have read lead me to believe that they are all legit. My experience is very similar to all the rest of the these. I hired them in February of 2023 and thats when it all starting rolling down hill. First of all it took 3 months for them to even get my website made and up and running. They were also supposed to design my new logo (which they did eventually) but took longer to do than getting my website up.They did nothing to improve my ****** page and organic standing but they did take my money and ran paid ads with mediocre results. I ended up with 2 different marketing managers and 2 different website content managers which I never heard from. The content I asked to be placed on the website was not done so. To be honest it is hard to say if anyone is in charge at this place. I asked several times to speak with management/supervision and all I ever received was an email back from my "marketing manager" telling me that they are on track and that they have been doing everything that they are required to do and this was sent in a very defensive tone.All in all I spent about $10,000 with them and I am not any better off than when I started with them. As a matter of speaking, I am worse off. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Marketing360/Madwire for any marketing purposes.On a side note, this company does not have any ****** page and you actually have to look to see reviews, this is so they can try and control what people say.

  Madwire and Marketing 360- A nightmare SEO company- Professional Scammers My Success manager was the biggest straight-faced liar in the world.Despite various emails, they refused to restore our ******** administrative access to us. We have to create a new account and start from scratch. ******** did not help us because they are the administrative manager.Be very careful when dealing with this company.

  This is a terrible company and thy mislead people to obtain financial information. I tried to resolve issues with this business and unfortunately I was not able to come to an agreement.

  We've been working with Madwire now for about 6 months. We're extremely happy and enjoy working with ****** and his team. We realize things don't happen overnight and it took some time to build our website and now that it's done we've been seeing an increase in calls. The social media and SEO work that we've been doing together has been a real learning ****** for us and we appreciate their patience in explaining the process to us. After every weekly meeting we have there's always a follow up email that documents everything we covered and lists all the things that need to get done. There's accountability on both sides and thats what we love. We also love the sincerity and genuine concern they have about growing our business. It's our livelihood and they get it. All in all, we are pleased and will happily continue working with Madwire and in particular, ******.

  I used them for marketing leads to my ********* services business. They took almost $7500. from me and I got nothing. They don't answer the phone they don't call back and they don't know what they are doing! They are a scam and should be held accountable! Make promises they cannot keep!

  ****** is great for us! We feel like he's part of our team, literally like in the next office. He's proactive in helping us market our business and advises us on a personal level (ie: his comments and suggestions come as if he works with us, not just for us). He patiently explains the details of the greek (advertising data) language to us. We can't wait to see what we accomplish over the next year!

  I have been working with Madwire since 2019. Our first rep James G**** was amazing and set us up with a great team of website developers and Jen, our amazing content writer. After he left, we hit a slight bump in the road with our next 2 reps, but am happy to say that our new rep, Mary has exceeded our expectations. Not only are we back on track with where we were with James, but our ****** ads are better than they have ever been and they provided us with a complimentary promotional video. I am very happy with our investment in Marketing 360 thanks to our rep, Mary B******.

  I've used Madwire for a couple of years and can't say enough good things about working with Brian. He has always been responsive and helpful. I appreciate his experience and advice for campaigns and the fact that he goes out of the way to get things done if it seems like sending it to another team will take longer. I don't understand all of the other bad reviews because my experience has been nothing like what has been written. Thanks Madwire for the professionalism I've experienced these last couple of years.

  I have been working with Madwire for a few years now, I left once with honesty a not so positive experience. But now!!! I work with a woman named Jamie, and she is simply amazing. She is on her A game every day and twice on Sunday! No task is too challenging for her to easily accomplish. In a world of below average customer service, Jamie is above average.
