  On, or about, 6/19/24, I had an appointment with ************** of the *********** facility. After the appointment, we went to the nurses' station, as we always do, to get the bill to take to the accounts receivable department. When I took the bill to the lady in accounts receivable, she said there was no charge for today's visit. I left the facility. Yesterday, 7/16/24, I received a bill from the Ft. ******* office for OCR saying I owed $35 for the 6/19/24 visit. I called their customer service number and left a message about the bill. A lady called me back and said I should have been billed for the 6/19/24 visit. I attempted to explain what happened, but she was having none of it. She just wanted their money. I told her I would pay the bill, but would not use their company again because I was not happy with the way they do business. Even the bill they sent me stated it was not their standard billing form.

  Not understanding what the patient is trying to tell them. and making statements that are not true, this is what has transpired. I would also like to say that i'm very unhappy with the services. I went to them because i was have lower back issues and neck issues. they done some Xray's, than they ordered some MRI's Dr's report came out to be was that my C5-C6 I have Moderate disc degeneration Severe right foraminal Stenosis, mild to moderate left Foraminal Stenosis, My L5-S1 Mild to moderate disc degeneration, facet hypertrophy, moderate bilateral lateral recess stenosis. at the time of the follow up appointment for the MRI reading, PA went over the MRI's with me, she did say that surgery was not an option, but was more concerned with asking me other questions of what was going on & that had nothing to do with what my MRI's & had been revealed. She did not offer a solution or suggestion on this report other than surgery was not an option. So in the report that she wrote A statement that I was very unhappy that they did not have a surgical intervention to offer me, (this is a False Statement) He specific Statement was ( Patient is very unhappy that I do not have a surgical intervention to off her to help with her pain) This was all good and well but I do not believe that she followed up with a treatment plan. to manage my pain or what could be done about what the MRI reports had stated about the C5-C6 and my L5-S1, , This all concluded to the PA asking me questions about my symptoms and how she was going to correlate my answers with her Questions, & according to my answers she told me that I needed to see a neurologist. But in the end there was not a solution or recommendation for the problems of the C5-C6 and the L5-S1, I Am very appalled at the fact that this has all lead into a gaslighting situation, . never even seen a Doctor, only the PA to confer with the Doctor in another room, This is Horrible and I feel like there was not any Concerns at all.
