    I ordered two products totaling $306, they were never delivered and I was never given any tracking information. I have emailed the seller multiple times with the excuse of not being able to have a machine shop at the moment that will produce a product, and they stopped contact with me once I asked for reimbursement if they fail to provide. My order date was 8-7-2023, and I recently had a false update of order completed as of 4-20-2025.

    I sign up for a 7-day trial, I cancel be for the 7 days they charge my card for 8.99. They are trying to card my card aging on the 14th I have email that have not go back to me at all

    Placed an order in October of 2022 and paid $169 - ORDER #**** and I am still waiting for it.I started contacting **** ***** the owner in Jan of ******************************************************************************************************************************** along for so long ****** wouldnt refund me.The guy refuses to refund me, keeps telling me hes hired a new machine shop and as soon as they get them done he will send me my products, it been two yrs now.I have a string of emails from him. 8 total dates from Jan 2023 to June of 2024, he now doesnt bother to respond.

    ordered on 2-13-2024 with an estimated ship date of march. **** responded to my email on the 15th of February. Then 3-11 i asked for an updated and was told end of march. since then i have asked seven times for an update, response and even a refund. But have not heard back

    Orders my signal ****** 1 and a half years ago still has not delivered I have been messaging with **** the whole time and he just keep telling me the same thing that the shop is working on it he won't deliver my purchase

    I ordered this item from this company on Sept. 11, 2023. They immediately charged my debit card ******. They never shipped this item and I have been in contact with the the owner several times getting a different story every time. I have asked for a refund several times now. I have waited long enough. Now, I get no reply to my e-mails anymore. I just want my refund back. I think this company may be a fraud.

Were currently waiting on these orders from the machine shop. Were anticipating that the cannons will be shipping in the next few weeks. Well send a confirmation email when your ****** is on its way. Sorry about the ******************** | BBI " I Then Replied To That Email Saying " ****, I DON'T THINK YOU UNDERSTOOD MY LAST MESSAGE. I WANT A REFUND PLEASE. " And I have heard nothing else from **** or Black Box Industries Since. If I have to hire a Lawyer, I Will. I have read where Other customers have had the same problem. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY IN FULL IN THE AMOUNT OF $223.00 Or I'll Have No Choice But To Hire An Attorney.

    On Feb 25, 2023 I Paid $522.00 US, Receipt #****-5906 Order ID # **** To ***********************, Owner: *******************) they were to provide 5 signal cannons with associated tampers. 1 (M1750S), 1(M1000S), 3(M300S). To date 8/23 I have received no product, and no communication. All communication is initiated by me. They (BLACKBOX INDUSTRIES LLC) *******************, Sets a date for shipment. On his website. When the day arrives, it gets pushed back another month with no communication. When you reach out to him, **** says there are production problems and refers to the latest pushed back date. 6 months this has been going on. It has become evident the date is never coming. ******************* refuses refunding my money despite repeated requests. **** ignores the refund request and says the release date has been pushed back.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the dispute you referenced.


    The transaction was made as a Pre-sale purchase, with an estimated delivery date. Pre-sale, by its very definition means that a product is not yet available for sale, and the buyer recognizes that it will be available only at some point in the future. Ive done my best to provide realistic estimates of when the product will actually be available, but in an entrepreneurial business, dependency on contracted suppliers is what determines the actual product availability date. So it has been with this product. Ive kept the pre-sale customers informed on the difficulties experienced by my supplier and by extension, me.


    I have every intention of fulfilling this order when the finished product is available from the machine shop. 


    I respectfully reject the claim that a future product with an estimated date is subject to refund.
