    I ordered signal cannons from this company fifteen months ago and still have not received anything. With every query the representative has told me that they hired a new machine shop and that the cannons were being produced. I requested a refund at the one year **** and was told that there was no money for a refund. My bank was unable to reimburse me for the charge. I recommend avoiding business with this company.

    Same story item back order back in 12/23. Its now 6/24.The product is now listed as not back order on website.Emailing them is no use

    I placed an order on June 24th, 2023 for the total of $166 and still have not received anything and always get the same ******** excuse of why it hasn't been shipped; This is getting old, i really hope someone finds this ******************* guy and pipes his kneecaps in. Id do it myself if i lived closer to ********.

    I initiated an order for a signal ******, costing 173. M1000S SIGNALZALL | 1 BANGER | SIGNAL ****** W/ ALUMINUM TAMPER in February 2023. In May I began writing to inquire about the status and by August I still had not received my paid for order! Excuses, vague expected release dates, unwillingness to provide a refund, I initiated a complaint with ******, who, after sending copies of my emails, and having them reviewed, reversed my charges and refunded my money. Blackbox is still taking orders so be aware.
