      ****** helped me set up my small art business as an LLC in ********. Then I moved to ******** and she said she would transfer my LLC to my new state and help me make sure I knew how to pay my quarterly taxes for VA as well. Several months after I moved, I found out that she didnt file the change of state paperwork properly and I was being charged late fees and fines by Colorado. I reached out to ****** and she apologized and said shed fix the matter and pay the fines. She also offered to do my personal tax return since it was that time of year. I was upset but willing to let her have the chance to fix the mistake and move on. She filed my tax return with great speed, so I thought it was a good sign that she would be efficient with my other issues. I provided the information she requested but have not heard back, weeks later. No response to emails, calls, texts, and social media messages. I refuse to schedule a virtual consultation when this is an issue *** already brought to her attention and all I want is an update on how shes handling it. And it isnt like I only gave her a couple of days to solve it. I waited a couple of days and emailed to ask how it was going. Her office line says that if I need immediate assistance, I can email or text. I have tried those options as well. The phone just rings and no one answers. Someone emailed me to ask if all my problems were resolved and I responded to that saying that they were not resolved and no one has reached out as a result of that either. The tax return is done but that wasnt my main issue. This has now been a month. Not a single word. Im frustrated beyond measure.
