      We are now on the second month of my original request with the new IRS letter that was sent with zero resolve. The lack of communication and commitment to your clients is profoundly unprofessional and frustrating. I was hoping it was perhaps just an issue with me but based on the reviews I have pulled it seems to be consistent with how you do business. I was referred to you by a friend and was thrilled to be supporting another female owned business. I trust you as experts in this space and your inability to solve and assist on problems on the return done by your office shows a lack of ownership, professionalism and integrity. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

      It was great at first but turned into a unprofessional & costly service to get my personal but also business taxes done by ******. The lack of communication is insane, you wont hear back for weeks and then only replies that do not resolve the issues that were created by her. The last response I received was very disappointing - I was told that ****** is busy and already working on the new tax session and that she would work on my problem once shes done with that. This resulted in me owing the *** who sent the amount to collections - leaving me with a bill of over $400 because ****** didnt take care of it. Not only did she not do my personal taxes correctly but also did my business taxes incorrectly leading to fines. I was offered a free return for the next year but never offered to pay the fines that were created by her. Do I really want to her to do my return again after being dismissed like this? Probably not. More disappointing, I never gotten an apology by ****** as only her assistant replies back to messages.Sadly, I do not recommend this company to do your taxes if you live out of state due to being military since you will not hear back from them regarding your issues until weeks later when its too late.
