    If you are reading this, you are probably already aware but if not...do not sign up with Ecoshield. The techs that come out initially are salesman who try to get you to sign up. After starting with them you have to pay hundreds of dollars to cancel and the service they provide is the minimum amount possible to keep them out of court. The buisness model they have in place is to get you to sign up and pay a couple hundred in service fees for the 30 minutes it takes for them to spray around your perimeter then if you cancel they get another couple hundred in cancelation fees. I do not know how they are still in buisness but this is criminal.

    I signed an "agreement" on a tiny phone screen. It was a contract! The "contract" was a one year commitment, but I was not informed that this was a one year commitment! I talked to someone on the toll free number, it was very hard to understand their language. "Forgein girl" kept offering discounts. I kept telling her, no thanks. "Please cancel our service." We sent a registered letter to the Englewood, CO office. The tracker reported that that address does not receive mail. "Forgein girl" called to offer more discounts. This company will not let go! I do not want to continue the service with this company!

    This company has shady business practices. Their salespeople make promises that the company has no intention of upholding. They will say anything for you to agree to service and then their corporate office tries to act like you are in the wrong for wanting them to honor the promises. We paid for an initial service and egg cycle appointment as a promotion for half price, then their office is trying to collect a second payment for the egg cycle. This wasn’t the deal and now they want money for cancelling service. In my eyes they owe me money for only providing half of the service I paid for. In addition, their offshore collections agents are unhelpful, and unable to resolve customer issues. I really hope someone takes the time to take this company to court because I know there are plenty of unhappy customers that have been scammed, harassed and cheated in the same way I was.

    I would give no starts if I could.... Aggressive sales person came out, passed 2 no solicitations signs. I told them no thank you but was not listened to and told that if I signed the contract and was unhappy within 30 days I can cancel without charge. When a woman called to schedule the next round I told her not to do it. I then emailed the business to tell them to close my account within the 30 days and they ignored my email, I never got a response until after the 30 days and it was to yet again schedule my next round of fumigation. I emailed again and said to cancel my account without response AGAIN so I spammed them and told them I would keep spamming until I got a response and only at that time did they respond saying they were sending my info to the closure department where an girl over seas tried to tell me I had a balance of 200.00. I refused to pay it and she said they wouldn't bill me and she would send it to billing and I again said I would pay NOTHING. I got an email today saying I had 200.00 balance of $200.00 so I started spamming again until it gets waived. This business is not to be trusted at all. They are a legit scam. Fun Fact... The "fumigation" did NOTHING.
