      I went for a simple oil change asked for nothing else and told I could not leave with my vehicle. I had a few drips from brake and that was all not a problem with anything else. Had not had any issues with braking and did not ask about that. They then told me I had to pay for a tow or to pay ****** to get a brand new caliper replacement . Something that is absolutely not at all needed. I told them no and made me get towed leaving me stranded. The guy actually yelled at about how he cannot let me leave with that. I thwn reached out to corporate and then waited and never recieved a call back. Reached out to corporate again and still nothing. I think it is nothing but a way to bill women and only because I am a woman that they made go through all that. Little do they know I am a mechanic and know what the they are saying is a bunch of bull. I want other woman to know that this was a nightmare and will never use Greasemonkey again.

       Car was unsafe to drive brake pedal went all the way to the floor with hardly any ability to stop, I paid for a tow for the customer to take it anywhere she liked to , again at my expense not hers and she was charged for nothing.

      July twenty I took my car in for a simple oil change. The mechanic says I need a oil flush I did it listen to the mechanic who post to be professional, but is not a mechanic because you dont need a oil flush on a **** LTD ****** ******** and now my car is broke down because half a** mechanic the engine went out Cuz you dont do a oil flush old cars what I had this is the location, ******, ******* ************

      Took my car to Grease Monkey August 1st to have my oil changed. Picked up the car there were no issues. A few days later I had an issue with my car so I took it to Autoban to see what the issue was. The mechanic called me and asked me if I had my oil changed recently, and I replied yes. He said who ever changed your oil damaged your oil pan drain plug along with the oil pan. My husband contact Grease Monkey #*** and asked to speak to a Manager. **** said he was the Manager. My husband told him the problem and **** said he could fix it. I called Grease Monkey back and spoke to **** because at this point I am not comfortable or confident after they damaged my car the first time and didn't say anything to me, to allow them to do anymore work and possible damage. **** then proceeded to get loud with me, and told me he needed to see my car. I told him it was at Autoban and he then Hung up on me. ******* called me later to let me know that **** and a mechanic showed up at their office and was extremely rude to the office Manager Eve, to where the owner walked them outside to talk to them. The owner told them what he found and said it should be up to the owner to determine who fixes it. My Husband called back to let Grease Monkey know that we want Autoban to fix the issue and my Husband got hung up on. This is the most unprofessional place. When an organization makes a mistake especially with a car, you make it better, and do what the customer is comfortable with. I've been trying to contact their **************** to get some kind of resolution and I'm still waiting on someone to contact me.
