      I took my car in for an oil change- paid and left. Two days later my garage was full of oil- my car was leaking oil everywhere.I took my car to the dealership and was informed that they had screwed all my bolts in so tight they had broke all the threads, resulting in oil leaking. I called the manager, he assured me they would take care of the issue. Didnt hear back. Went in and was treated like I didnt know what I was talking about and dismissed. I had ******* worth of damage done to my car. I brought in the report from VW along with the broken parts.Dismissed yet again.I have tried to call corporate, no response.I will be filing in small claims this week.The man that worked on my car is a local known drug addict- when I saw his name on my paperwork as the pit crew I knew this was not going to be good outcome.I was blown off, dismissed and left with $******* in damages over a simple oil change. Sadly, there has been no follow up from corporate after endless calls.Owning a business in this small town myself, I will take all legal avenues to make this right and let everyone know what kind of business Grease Monkey is.What a shame!
