      Took our 18 year old son to Panaramic Orthopedics. We were refered by a Specialist to have physical therapy. The therapist proceeded to tell my son he needed a surgical rod, his back was so bad. Said it was like a 40 year olds back! My son came out crying and totally discouraged and refuses to go back. Since when does a therapist diagnose to over ride a Specialist?

      I had an emergency hip replacement. Wonderful surgeons and great result. And then I tried to refill a very necessary pain med prescription and encountered the extremely unhelpful administrative side of this business. I called my pharmacy on a Sunday to refill the necessary pain medication. They called Panorama Monday and Wed. without response. I went around the pharmacy to Panorama myself on Thursday, and on Friday at noon, the prescription was still not fulfilled. I walked in to Panorama and was told for the first time the ONLY way to fulfill a prescription was to call Panorama, not the pharmacy.The pharmacy *********************** Rch) said they have never heard of such a rule (I've never heard of this either), and there was nothing in the information I received that said this. I asked the office help how I should know this was the rule, and the response multiple times was, "You have our phone number" - nothing in writing. I also asked why they didn't respond to the pharmacy's multiple requests to renew the prescription - no response.The staff was arrogant, defensive, and tried to blame me, "You didn't call us until Thursday". My response, "How was I supposed to know to call you instead of the pharmacy?" And then the non-answer again, "You have our phone number."I was all five's for Panorama through the actual surgical experience. Not being able to get pain meds for a week because of an obscure, secretive rule that they don't think the patient needs to know, and the arrogant blaming that came with it, barely rates a two. What a shame that such great medical help is obscured by administrative lack of clarity, and arrogant unwillingness to provide that simple clarity.

      Unbelievably poor follow up care after my total knee replacement

      I did follow all of their protocols and advice . I had 2 unusual complications/ reactions in response to newly prescribed medications after my knee replacement . Panorama was unable to provide correct guidance even after several attempts to speak to a licensed provider both in writing and over the phone. It seems their practice only allows Medical Assistants to assist patients after surgery - even when there are unusual complications and I did tell them I needed a higher level clinical response. I confirmed these errors with **********************. My motivation here is solely to prevent this happening to other patients .

      Been a week and half since i called to get medical records and bulling records. Called a total of three times all separated by ******************************************** 48 hours

      There not a ZERO star option or id have chosen it. This place does not value your overall well-being, your safety or your time. All they care about is gouging you financially. Had 2 incidents of being over anestetized, have been left to wait for almost 2 hours during a scheduled appointment, which **************** never arrived for. They do not respond to calls or emails. If you value your life, and well-being, look elsewhere. These people DO NOT CARE!!

      I was seen for a fractured fibia and broken ankle... The doctor only relied on an X-Ray to treat the injury. Stated it will heal in a useless boot that never fit correctly... After three months, he said I was good to go. It still looks awful and hurts. I requested a new doctor and they did a MRI and cat scan. Now I require surgery to fix it. Not to mention, the wait times in and around this facility are a joke. It takes days for them to return calls and rude when you ask for a manage. I finally did speak to supervisor, who was about eighteen and never helped me out! Done with place... I do not recommend the facility to anyone!
