    Completed a siding repair job on half my house, great workmanship and very friendly staff. Worked with me on all aspects of the job. **** and **** were especially good at explaining the process and what to expect on install day. The house looks great now that the job is done. They are not a fast turn around company but the work is definitely worth the wait, I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

    We worked with **** and RTB after a bad hail storm that caused damage to nearly all the windows in our house. RTB was able to effectively work with my GC to ensure the insurance estimate was in line with the actual scope of the damage. His work with insurance ensured we got our windows replaced instead of the old factory windows repaired (as originally quoted by insurance).With insurance approved RTBs install team did an excellent job professionally installing all new energy efficient windows. RTB also repaired / replaced siding around the windows and ensured matching paint after the windows were installed.We are thrilled with the new windows. Can feel the difference in heat / draft near the windows and they look great. Would highly recommend Aren and RTB to anyone looking for a professional and honest window company. We have our window company from here forward in RTB!

    ********** TEAM ARE TOP NOTCH! We originally got referred to **** through our contractor - he came out a couple days later to talk through our repairs. He was honest, informative and helped advocate for additional repairs that our insurance company missed - responding promptly to our provider on any additional information to get the claim processed. I never had to follow up which was a huge help!On the day of installation a team of two came out - they called to give us a heads up on their arrival, they were beyond polite and accommodating! They got our old windows out and in new ones in a couple hours! I cant recommend RTB Exteriors enough! They are absolutely fantastic! Thank you for everything!

    We have nothing but good things to say about RTB exteriors. After the major hail storm in May-23, **** and **** came to assess and document the damages and prepared the estimate for our insurance claim, which was approved as submitted. Once we received our insurance money we put 50% down to get the window order placed (11 windows). The installation crew did a great job and made sure our carpets were clean and all debris removed by the end of each day. Were very happy with our new Anlin windows - much better quality and insulation than our old windows. Great follow up and communication by **** during the whole process from start to finish, which is key to customer satisfaction. We will certainly use RTB Exteriors again for any future window repairs or replacements.

    RTB's services were requested by a third party for me, and I am so very pleased with the outcome! **** and his team installed French doors on the back of my house, and from the beginning of the project, they were courteous, professional, and efficient. **** visited two different times to look at the old doors and estimate the new ones. It turns out that the old saying is true: measure twice, cut once! In short, I love my doors and am honored to write this review for RTB Exteriors.

    **** and his team are AMAZING! we replaced our siding due to hail damage and Aren was with us from start to finish. The house turned out better than expected and we couldn't be happier. **** worked with us on and kept everything in our budget and really went over the top with excellent service. My next exterior house project will definitely go through RTB and Aren!! Thank you!

    I would definitely recommend RTB for your siding, windows, trim and gutters. **** (owner) went the extra mile with our insurance company to make sure that we got every ***** we deserved on our hail damage claim and then followed up by making sure that every facet of the job was to our satisfaction in spite of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, supply chain delays and personnel shortages. Aren is particularly good at selecting siding and trim colors that really increased our home's curb appeal and value.

    Hired RTB to replace 25 windows and a door in 2020. They didn't show up when they said they would to begin the job. They ordered 8 of the windows and the door completely backwards. Installed the tempered glass unit in the wrong location. They didn't inspect the product for manufacturers defects prior to installation. Almost 2 years later the work is still not complete and litigation drags on. Their insurance doesn't cover this because they hired subcontractors to do the work. Very disappointed.
