    I took my 2023 Ram Rebel to get tinted all the way around. I noticed what appeared to be slices or crinkles all over the driver side area, as well as another slice on the driver window, and dirt particle like bubbles were all over the windshield as well. I spoke to ****** after a couple of days and we rescheduled it to be corrected. When i brought it in the 2nd time he gave me a whole spiel on how Rams windshields can be tricky to tint and the film they had was giving them problems so they were gonna try a different film they had in stock. I dropped it off that Friday and when I arrived to pick it up that same day, ****** told me they ran into more issues again and that it wasn't ready and I could bring it back when I returned for the new film to be put on and they removed the old film. They didn't put anything back together for my mirror housing and left some wires for my remote start hanging from my windshield as well. I also noticed they broke my plastic clips for the mirror housing as well as scratched the plastic up with whatever tool they used to take it apart. 10 days later I return from the trip and call ****** and ask for a refund as I had a bad feeling taking it back down for the 3rd attempt. He refused the refund said they would definitely get it right the 3rd time. I went to drop it off and speak to the ** in person about everything and show him the clips they broke and he made sure he wasn't there to deal with it. I picked it up after the 3rd try and still got the same results. Slices, crinkles, and dirt visibly under the film. I emailed the owner and waiting on a response for a refund but he wont answer or call me back. ****** the ** is not about making things right and has no control over his techs or shop. The owner doesn't seem to care much either and has yet to call me back. I'm currently taking other avenues to get my money back. In the meantime I'm gonna have to take it elsewhere to have it done correctly it seems. I would like a refund.
