    They are more interested in upselling you for ceramic. (its spray on less work more profit) You will wait longer for your car. It won't be ready when promised. They don't call you back. They will argue when you find things that are missed. No apology and no effort to do something extra to make it right. It's the customers fault they bent over backwards for you! If you point it out you are being demanding and threatening.. so you cannot criticize missed spots or sap and items they didn't do that were promised or if you are waiting an hour after it was supposed to be ready because no one checked it. Enjoy !! Don't say you were not warned. I won't go back.
