General contractor stole my deposits of $65000.00 for a steel building project and has written bad checks to supply houses and other sub contractors for this project. Well not provide any updates. Refused both certified mails I sent. Called FedEx asked them to destroy the certified letter I sent. He is getting business license in various states as well. This is criminal and I need assistance with this matter

    Brandi,

you failed to mention you contacted to start a build you were to get loan for, you advised us you would be bank rolling this project. After we collected in excavation which we cleared your land l, and we trenched for your foundation and had you septic tank installed. We also along the time we worked for you WITH NO PAY, got you a refund of the sums OVER $30,000 from your building supplier because you felt doped also by this company. We did a lot of work for you through emails, phone and physically work with zero revenue directly if the company.

you told us you had sent a check for materials for your septic system and you turned and canceled payment of that check which in return our check was returned. We requested to you to remit payment and you started th complaining and requesting of refund of your money.

Furthermore the only sub that was contracted to install your septic system after bein contracted tried to add an additional $18,0000.00 to your already contracted septic so by our right we withheld because of their price increase. Only protecting your investment.

After this whole situation we have been attempting to break down the cost that you have cost us for services rendered and you felt to leave this false review because I’m reality we have done more work and also helped you do exactly what your doing to us do to another company because you gave us a sad story of how your family screwed you and funny how this all happens when you were denied a loan to build your home. And you also after requesting you sign a builder contract you declined because that would have had you contractually obligated. There was now Crime done here we agreed to refund you after we deduct our time, and effort to get your build done. The simple fact is a declined check wouldn’t have happened if you didn’t cancel your check paid to Us. As I explained to how each portion of you home build works for bank loan.
we still have every intention to refund you after we declare what is owed to us for our time and services period.

your claims are false and not to its true entirety.

and we received your check so don’t know how fedex said we tried to cancel and destroyed it. We have your canceled check.

Contracted company to obtain bids and build custom home for us in Polson, Montana. After months of waiting, we never received any formal bids, information or work from the company. When we reached out to Matthew, the Contractor, he agreed, per our contract to refund our deposit. Then after several weeks he stopped answering calls and emails when we reached out to find out where our refund was. Matthew and his wife, Kassandra kept saying they were working on it but then just started ignoring my calls and texts. I have every text and email communication to show evidence of our discussions.
I will provide copies of the contract and any email and text communication needed when requested.

    Hello Julie,

Following your complaint we came to Montana in June of 2022 for a meeting with you at your property, during that time you let us know you were going to get your building from Hanson Building supply and would be in contact when the material drops for us to erect your building. The last response we have from you after you did an additional change with Hason building was 5/31/22 and it would be October/ November when the building would be delivered. The conversation we had at your property in Montana was that you would be in contact with a final date when material drops. The building quote that was given to you was $22 per sq foot to erect the house and the $14 per sq foot erect the garage. When we obtained concrete quotes for you, you did not like the price and wanted to find other options on your own. Per your contract signed with American Patriot Builders we were contracted out to engineered plans and for you to have a build spot on our calendar. You failed to keep us in the loop with when your material was going to drop for us to schedule your build. Per the contract you have signed has the right to terminate with a service fee of $120 per hour worked on your project. This will include every phone call, text message, email and the trip to Montana as well as the cost of the travel to Montana. I have attached your contract that you signed for review of the $120 charge for all work done. There were more than 41 hours worked on your project between conversation, advisements, solution solving, our trip to Montana that we waited at your property for over 4.5 hours because you decided to schedule other things that day knowing we were flying in to town for a scheduled meeting.
