    My car was illegally towed after being parked at my friends apt complex for less than 2 hrs. I was not parked in a handicap spot, blocking anything. i was in a parking spot away from the main row for the tenants. I have parked in the parking lot for the last 3 months since my friend has lived here. I do not stay over night. I leave by 10pm max most days.

    I park at a family member’s apartment to visit and my car was towed away I was using the restroom when my car was towed and then I looked out the window and car was gone it happened so fast I wasn’t even there long but before my car was towed they towed a car before mine

    My car was towed illegally from my residence. My parking pass fell, the towing company failed to put a notice and wait 24 hours per new Colorado law. I showed up at the company 7/6 am and as I walked in, the man was screaming profanities at a young couple and threw one of them outside. He then refused to release the car without both of them present. When I asked about the law, he told me it doesn't exist and that I made it up. I was verbally assaulted and then told to go outside until I can act like an adult. Paid 285.22 to get my 2001 **** escape released. My car is 4 wheel drive and requires a flat ed to be towed. My car was not towed with a flatbed, but on two wheels damaging my car. They tow illegally all hours of the day and then extort desperate individuals.

    The company towed my Suv From my residence in this apartments. When I called about it and ask the reason they say because I didn't have a Sticker. I toll the person who was talking to me that The sticker was there and they went out to inspect the vehicle. After they indeed find the sticker they change the actitud and said that that sticker was not valid anymore because the apartment said the color and the tree was no longer in use. Its June 25 2022 And the office at the apartments its closed. On top of that They are 100 vehicles parked at the same complex with the same sticker. I paid $380 dollars just for a mistake Made by one of the Driver Im sure. Because all the cars in the complex still use the same sticker and have not been towed at all. At the moment Im taking my AWD Car to the Mechanic for further inspection they normally use a small Towing truck to pull card and Mine has the AWD always enable the only way to tow was By Flat beed and if thats the case I want prof of it.

    This morning 06/27/22 my vehicle was illegally towed by the predatory towing company BusyBee in violation of House Bill 22-1314 signed into law 06-07-2022. This is the second time they have done this to me and I was helping someone move out of the location my car was on location for literally 5 mins so there is no way they obeyed the new law!
