    Had our car lifted so we had to pay the drop fee instead of waiting for the drop fee the driver left so we had to pay full price. Not acceptable something needs to be done about them!

    Rude, I'll spoken, took our car without 24 hour notice which is required by law. Told me he didn't need to speak to me because I wasn't the one on the lease which I am. My lease states the parking spots are numbered to the address. Own Robert called me a b**** and told me I wouldn't show up to his place because I'm a little punk b****
