    I refinanced my car last year. Like so many others complaining about the warranty I found that others like me were pressured into the warranty. I was offered a better rate if I got the warranty. I was very skeptical about this and asked at least 4 times if I could cancel the warranty at any time. I was told absolutely just call us up and we will cancel it and the money will come off your loan. This was a lie I reached out and was directed to a cancellations department. I let them know I was looking to sell my car and purchase a new one so I didnt need the warranty. This was in December. I was told it would take a couple weeks then my warranty would be deducted from the loan. I asked how much exactly and no one could tell me. Four months passed and I reached back out to the cancellations person and she said for some reason the cancellations department didnt cancel it. I will resubmit it I said I really need this done and havent heard back. Now its been almost 5 months and still no money off my loan. I want a full refund for the warranty that was forced on me plus the interest I paid on it. This has been such a hassle and was supposed to be a smooth process.

    RefiJet processed what was suposed to be a refinance of my car, I went through a rigorous process and signed new loan docs that supplied everything they asked for. They told me DO NOT pay my car payment we will have it paid off before then. Daily I inquired about the status, I was ignored or lied to, then I even got a denial of credit from the very institution I signed doc from. *************************** repeatedly told me not to worry about its funding today, then it's funding another day then the checks in the mail, then Ill send tracking, and NONE of it was done. As of today 3 weeks later, my car payment is late I was never paid on my payment, and they are threatening repossession and *************************** is **** Apparently, I signed fraudulent documents made by RefiJet.

    I refianced my auto loan with them they had me take a loan out with thwm higher than i owed . I was told i was going to be sent the difference i am yet to see my money and **** keep giving me excusses. And what they did is fraud because the money they sent my previous loan company was. Less than loan they had me sign contract for . I was supposed to get the. Check. By january 15th and here it is ***** and no check

    I was misled by Refijets for my car refi - the quotes Refijet sent me were at ****%, then I was told at close that the real rate was ****%. Only when I asked, was I told that there are also $535 in fees! Refijets is effecting a "bait and switch" form of business. I would like Refiijet to close under the deal they originally offered: ****% and no fees.

    Tell us why here..After reviewing the calls and contact with the consumer it is apparent that the customer is looking for us to approve an online quote of current available rates, however when the consumer expressed the advertised available rate to our representative, she advised him that it is up to the lender for final approval and that rates are dependent on a variety of factors.  Due to the customers credit scores and credit profile,  he more than likely did not qualify for a rate that low. A full explanation of the breakdown on lender expectations and items needed were provided as well as the average interest rate that the consumer would qualify for prior to getting consumer approval to request approval. Once a loan approval was obtained, the consumer was contacted and presented with the breakdown along with the approved interest rate from the lender. The consumer asked if there were any additional fees during the conversation, and our representative advised of all fees associated with the transaction if he were to move forward  including the origination fee. The consumer said he was not happy with the amount of the fees and said he would shop around and let us know if he wanted to move forward. From That point he accused us using a bait and switch tactic and wanting us to remove the fees and get him a lower rate. Our representative tried to explain again that the original quote he received was using only the basic information from a credit profile and that once a full application was submitted the lenders would make the final decision on what they qualified for, and broke down the fees and what they were for again.  The rate the consumer was quoted was available to qualified borrowers.

    I applied for a lease buy out with RefiJet at the beginning on Feb 28th. I was assured everything was great, I got approval from the bank, my credit score was checked and I got a hard inquiry on my report. 2 weeks go by and I followed up several times, every day for 5 days, never hearing back from my agent or anyone at Refijet. Finally after calling for a 6th time, someone told me they were not going through with my loan because my manufacturer wouldn't allow it. I think it's extremely unprofessional to put a customer through this. At least have the decency to return a call or give an update when the loan wasn't going to go through, I could have found other options in this timeframe instead of wasting my time and dragging this process along and also now I have to run my credit again for another hard inquiry.

We take our customer service very seriously and have escalated this issue internally to make sure it does not occur again.  The rules of the manufacturer of your vehicle are constantly changing in regard to options of buying out leases. We should have responded in a more timely manner but we did not want to complete a loan that would have had problems perfecting the title, which is an effort to protect the consumer.     I had refinanced my car with refijet. They lied to me about everything. Not only did they not pay off my original lender to where I made a payment of $693.96, but it incurred interest to where the refijet only wants to reimburse me less. They also stated I could get a refund in my extended warranty from my previous lender because both the gap and extended warranty would be cancelled. Well, that was a lie. I was laughed at by ***** when I tried to cancel my extended warranty and said my car will only be covered by ***** warranty not refijets. Apparently, refijet wants the money from my extended warranty from ***** because it would go to them if it cancels. The original warranty wasnt canceled after it was refinanced nor was the gap coverage so Im paying double.I want the extended warranty and gap coverage cancelled with refijet and be fullly reimbursed since day one.I am asking for $10,000 for the trouble, the interest incured in my loan that wasnt paid off in full right away and the warranties added, the warranty money in full that I didnt need, and the deposit I made to my original lender for December in full, embarrassment, and lies.

    We have spoken to the consumer and they have decided to cancel their ESC, this is in process. I have confirmed that the overpayment refund has been sent and delivered, and the consumer will hold on to her GAP coverage until she confirms what is happening with her previous contracts. The remaining portion of her complaint is not with us, but with her previous lien holder and how they spoke with her. She said she is willing to remove/amend the BBB complaint against us.

    I conducted a refinance in early December and my loan was paid off by the middle of December with the new lender already expecting payment on the new loan by January 1, 2023. There is a little over $1,100 that is owed to me by this company due to the overage of ending payment from my refinance. I have now been waiting for 60 days to get the money that is owed to me and keep getting told different things every time I call. I have waited long enough. The check needs to be issued and sent by overnight mail or I will seek legal action.

    These people are relentlessly calling and texting me at least 8 times a day. Each time I have told them to stop. They refuse to stop after my request. These are calling from MULTIPLE number *****************-227-9769, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************. I have asked every number listed to STOP. They refuse to stop.

    We have reserched the information provided and come up with the following;

     The telephone numbers that the consumer was called from are not ours and the recording was from one of our compeditors ********.



    We have 2 app IDs in MYG from our most competitive lead sources and had no contact with the consumer directly by phone call. We did have a sales representative receive a text back to remove the application on the 9th 1381364, which was done.

    Consumer then submitted another application *******, however with how our deal lost and DNC lists are set up, we still did not reach out to this consumer on the dialer and I dont see any contact attempt records by any agents on this second application.

    The new application would have a received a new application SMS, but I dont believe the consumer would have been aware of us reaching out to do business again with him submitting his application all over the place.

    I purchased my leased vehicle through RifiJet and they were in constant contact with me before I bought the car, but once I purchased the car and started to have issues with their service, I can't get anyone to call me back. They put the wrong info on my vehicle registration and also never put in the plate decal sticker when they mailed my registration to me. Also, I bought the vehicle back in August, and I had to call them 6 weeks later to find out where my registration was. Only then was it mailed to me. I specifically told them that the garaging address was different from the mailing address on my vehicle registration and they told me that would be done correctly. I called them 2 1/2 weeks ago and twice. The first time they promised me that a supervisor/manger would call me back within 24 hours and would fix the error on my vehicle registration. Well, I was never called back from RiFiJet. So, I called the very next day and explained the situation to them. I explained to them that they put in wrong garaging address for my car and that in order for me to obtain the correct insurance and registration, they needed to fix this. Again, I was promised that I would receive a call back and never did. I just called again today, 10/17/22 and explained the situation and they again told me a manager would call me back. I am not holding my breath! I need this company to fix their mistakes, take responsibility and actually call me back and not ignore my requests.

    My car is in the shop @ **************** in ******, $1200 in repairs & company will not honor repair *********************************** control switch. I dont have no custom on the car all factory .     After much effort on behalf of our staff and the staff of the claims adjuster we were able to get a copy of the work order from the repair shop.  The scope of which included issues with her radio, a ding and the transmission control switch (see attached).   While none of these items are covered under the warrenty in question, we are interested in finding an equitable resolution to this issue.  As such, we have informed ************** and the repair shop we will pay for the cost of the transmission control totaling $438.99.  I am available should there be any additional qestions.  Regards ************

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I appreciate that the company that I contact to help me refinance my car in good faith paying a portion  of the bill, I thank them for that but, they were the ones sign me with this AUL warranty . What is the purpose of having a repair warranty if all they go n to do is deny coverage. It is a Camaro with a lot of electrical parts in one that keeps the car running. Which does not list what it takes to keep the car running.I have a estate plan but AUL refer to it with a power train warranty which is not the same. I feel like Im getting a shady response to this warranty . I ask the dealership were my car is to disconnect the radio & I was told that my car will not operate so y will I b force to pay for repairs if I have a warranty.

    1st one came from ****** credit union, 2nd & 3rd came from the company ***** company that help me refinance my car to ******. *** send me a a power train. Whn I first got refinance with ****** credit union, I did not get a option with which warranty to choose. I was told it will b AUL so if I have a problem with my car take it to the repair company of my choice & all I have to do is pay a $100 deductible, but I got over $1200 in repairs. I get a good faith of a little bit over $400. I received a text from AUL that my claim was approved. But when I require abt it , I was told that it was not . The company paid a portion not AUL & I was told it was in Good faith. Thats not right. Why give me this warranty if the company is not going to honor it. As a consumer customer we rely on these companies to do us right in their company name by having a sense of relief know n that we are covered if our car need repaired. I understand wear & tear is not covered but the repairs that I needed should have been covered because my car has multiple components in one.
