Paid for a class for my 16 year old son. I was not going to be present to sign him in for his class so I was told to get his waiver signed and notarized ahead of time. I was requested by the owner of ******* (*** *******) to have it dated for the Sunday the class would be held. I had to pay the notary to add a section for his stamp, and was informed that we couldn't add a future date because that was illegal. They don't have a direct number, so you have to call a third party person to take calls which is frustrating. In the end the waiver was notarized. However, my son showed up to take the class and they said he did not have appropriate footwear. They required leather boots or riding boots, which we do not own. He had over the ankle heavy fabric shoes and he was dismissed. When I called *** and told him I was frustrated with the run around, not being able to talk an actual person, and the frustrations with the class and attire he started yelling at me. He said he was the owner and he would not refund my money because the shoes were part of the state laws. I am asking for a refund.Business Response

*** Myers does not own, or manage the rider training school on property. This school is run and managed by an outside company with no affiliation with *** Myers. Youll need to take your claim up with the rider training school.

A motorcycle was taken in for repair on June 1. The Order numbers were ****** and *****. 1st transaction was ****** 2nd transaction was ****** 3rd transaction ****** 4th transaction ***** The unit had an oil leak, they inspected it and recommended to replace a switch and seal and ACM seal. The total repair came out to the 1st transaction reported on June 11. I picked up the unit about 3 weeks later when it was ready. The mirrors were dangling while driving home, which is not how I dropped it off. They told me the brackets seemed to be cracked. I didn't have this issue before dropping the bike off. They refused to fix the mirrors at their cost so instead it became my cost to repair them. The associate service manager said he could help me order the parts I can replace them. About 1 day after the 1st repair, the unit was leaking again. I sent the pictures and they agreed to pick it up. They kept the unit from June 13-Aug 22. I did not get regular communication on the issue or fix. I asked several times about the status. During the time, it was waiting for repair, the battery became inoperable and later became another expense that I had to pay (3rd expense). A recommended repair was issued (2nd expense) which was contradictory to the first repair. The unit was dropped off and first drive on it, it is leaking fluid again. The repairs completed are unsatisfactory, the time to complete the work is also unsatisfactory. Repairs not completed correctly may become life threatening. I am seeking to find resolution in getting reimbursed for the total amount, to include the mirrors and battery replacement, of $1894.09 in repairs.Business Response

I originally bout a 2021 CBR for ****** and put 4K as a down payment. The finance department told me that oil changes and up to 2 new tire replacements were part of the purchase of the bike for the next 3 years. Thats the way it was presented to me. Then, I started receiving letters from ********************** saying that I had 17K as a balance towards the loan with them. I contacted them and told them that 17K was the total amount of the bike and that I had put 4K down and should only have a balance of 13K. They said no, that **** Myers had charged me 21K total. I was irate! When I contacted **** Myers, they told me that they had added 5K to the loan because of the oil changes and tires they told me were free as part of the purchase of the bike. Thats exactly the way it was presented. I told them to take off the oil changes because there is no way I would agree to finance 5K in oil changes up front with a interest rate on top of it. They refused to remove those charges. But heres the worst part! A couple days later , I get pulled over on the bike and Im told by 5 different ************* officers who almost arrest me and put the bike on the tow truck that the bike is stolen. I went round and round for 3 hours with the police about how and why **** Myers sold me a stolen bike. I returned the bike to **** Myers because the police told me it was ***** Lafayette that has reported it stolen and now **** Myers is refusing to return my 4K deposit and telling me Im voluntarily repoed the bike. These people are crazy and out of line. Horrible experience and deceptive business practices. They need to return my deposit for the stolen bike they sold me!Business Response

We had the finance contractor who did his paperwork and the finance director reach out to the customer & explain the maintenance program that the customer elected to purchase as well as the other items purchased.
The motorcycle was never stolen & we had clean title when we sold the motorcycle. The customer did ride the ********************** for over **** miles & then tried to return it by riding here & leaving it.
The GM called the customer & walked through the purchase of this motorcycle & then the customer returned back to the store to pick up the bike. The customer said he would take down his complaints & was happy with his purchase.

I brought in an *** for recall that was sent out. After the repair was completed, I called, left voicemails, emailed to see where I could make the payment for them to drop the *** off. They failed to respond to any of my emails, voicemails in regards to getting this paid. I finally got a hold of them and then they charged me over $1200 for storage fees even though I have email proof that I repeatedly contacted them and they failed to even respond. I am requesting a refund of the storage fee due to their negligence in responding to my emails in a timely matter.Business Response

My son ad myself have contacted through direct and indirect means.Trying to get warranty work done.This warranty work has been Mandated by the National Transportation Safety Board.A recall was issued last year.Dealership is avoiding the warranty.Telling ** their technician will decide IF these two items NEED to be replaced.They also will not tell us if they have the NEW parts supplied by my motorcycle manufacturer.Business Response

I have been working with Salesman ***************** trying to purchase a motorcycle from their Englewood location. I was originally steered toward a cheaper model, was told about all the extra parts that I know the owner was not compensated for on the trade. He was trying to sell me on these add ons. I clearly explained that I am aware that like my trade in, those add ons mean nothing. I decided to go with a newer model and asked that they take care of the tank. I wasn't get much of a deal and when inquiring about better pricing the salesman became more and more arrogant, like he didn't need my business. He quoted me one way and it chamged as things progressed. He also got more rude and arrogant via text. I didn't feel comfortable with the deal and backed out. They asked for more up front, even after I told him I got an approval with my own bank. I backed out, I wanted to do some more pricing research because I felt I was being taken advantage of since the comparables for new bikes were the same price or less locally. After thinking about it over the weekend I reached back out to try and discuss the deal again. The Salesman **** refused to call me but sent me texts giving me a worse deal. I questioned if it was a punishment for backing out and he said you back out so yes it's that simple. He continued to say that he may not even be able to get me approved. Again a punishment for backing out and doing some research. I called the company and asked to speak to a sales manager and have not gotten a call back. When I explained to the salesman who answered the phone, I asked, is this how you treat customers making a major purchase. This is not a pair of shoes and to be pressured and then punished is really a travesty. I would like other people to know as well how cocky and inappropriate this salesman behaves. I will not deal with him again and ask that I am contacted by a manager and that the employee be written up.Business Response
