    I dropped off my side-by-side at ***-Myers Motorcycle World on 6/20 for a damage estimate and was told it might take several days. After not hearing back, I called on 7/16 and finally received the estimate. Given the high cost, I asked the representative, ******, if I needed to pick up my machine. He convinced me to leave it that I would not be charged storage fees, insurance deals with it.Due to delays with insurance communication and a knee surgery, it took a few weeks to get a decision on the claim. When I contacted ***-Myers on 8/14 to possibly pick up my machine, ****** suddenly informed me of a $3,200 storage feecompletely shocking, considering the damage estimate fee was $400. He mentioned a $50 daily fee, contradicting his earlier assurance that there would be no charges. When I reminded him of this, he dismissed my concerns and told me to speak with his manager.After several frustrating calls, the service manager eventually agreed that storage fees should only start from 7/16, when the estimate was sent. However, this still contradicted what I was originally told. In the end, insurance agreed to pay over $2,200 for the damage estimate and storage starting from 7/16.To make matters worse, when I picked up my machine, the rear tire was flat. It was low when I dropped it off, which could have easily been fixed, but the dealership returned it to me in worse condition.The combination of misleading information, lack of urgency, and the disrespectful attitude from the staff has guaranteed that I will never do business with ***-Myers again. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

    Shop your business for service carefully,, our experience is that they ***** the h*** out of labor rates,If you have a repair where they will have the plastic off the bike and get an oil change and cables etc they charge you the labor rate for each task separately, this results in a HUGE difference..We had an oil change and quick shifter installed along with a Warranty item a gas cap that was not vapor sealing properly ( had to diagnose ) this resulted in fuel vapors in the garage that were much to strong to not fix.Warranty on the gas cap was denied, the total bill for this was over $500 They would not quote installing a quick shifter ( previously purchased at this dealer ) and should have set a price. The minimum charge is one hour labor for any task, In my opinion a place that will ***** you in a second ,
