scammers beware! moved into neighborhood that mandates their use. but "only 10$ a month per spot" in Denver ***** area is a steal. register my car and my son's car. first "technical error" registers my sons car twice with my license and his. then "fix" this to register my car and his both with his license plate! then I got a new car. my update "didn't take". conveniently, so that a predatory tow company they are affiliated with towed my new car, removed the valid parking decal, and robbed me of $400++ to return my stolen property. For good measure, their stealing my vehicle made the inside lights go on, failure to abide THE *** IN ******** and give 244 hours notice, burned out a brand new battery, that had trouble starting the car to get it out of the lot. The lot located in a sketchy neighborhood, behind bars, while cops took statements from the person the employee was screaming threats at, standing in front of the trailer in the dark with a busted out light and bullet holes in the side. All in all I'm terrified of what this world is coming to that my $2700 /mo luxury apartments do business with these people.

This company continues knowingly to falsely bill ** for 10 months ($100) and counting. We left the community in Oct. 2022 where this company was the parking concessionaire.Despite our lease having ended and parking permits expired, this company continued to bill us.They claimed that as a separate company from the landlord, their parking permits did not automatically expire with the lease, which is a bogus claim. They simply have no standing to sell us a permit for a community where we have no lease. In Dec. 2022 and Jan. 2023 I tried repeatedly to enter their website to cancel our parking permits. I was unable to do so as their password reset function did not work.On Jan. 19, 2023 I received an email from their supports staff promising to cancel our parking permit(s) so as to stop further billing. I thought that would be the end of it. THIS NEVER HAPPENED.Instead, they have continued to falsely bill us (debit our bank account), knowing that we no longer lived in their client community. THIS IS THEFT of funds.

I paid for a spot for 2 days, came back from an outing to find the space occupied. I asked for a tow or a refund, I got neither

Website does not allow you to update payment method. Have to email support to make changes. Cannot buy guest per hour, even though it is offered. It automatically changes to full day for $10 and does not allow you to change. Company aggressively tows and makes it difficult to use properly.

I canceled my parking permit on April 27th 2023. I was charged twice in May and June. I have the screenshot showing I canceled the permit. There is no phone number to reach these people, only email. The email response says they only refund 30 days. However this was not my error it was theirs. I was charged on a credit card I don't routinely use so I just noticed the charges. Unable to escalate to a supervisor, just repeat emails stating the refund policy. However this was their improper billing so I should get a full refund for the past 3 months.

ParkM and ****** towing are predatory company run by people who use the fact that they are holding your vehicle for ****** to ****** and dime you. My vehicle was towed incorrectly by incompetent tow truck driver, did not use proper equipment and I always put on my emergency brake. Most vehicles will not be able to be towed with the parking brake on. Doing so will generally cause severe damage to the car if it can be towed at all. They did access my car and left hazards on then when my car wouldn't start they said they would jump it. Only to find out it's a $65.00 charge to jump my car. The original tow took place as my permit expired two mins before it was towed. So again predatory as they were waiting for it. They never contacted the owner aka me, charged me the admin ad well as charge over what house bill ****** reflects as a hookup fee. After alot of static and asking if another unfortunate soul to jump my car so I could escape that h*** That is not allowed as they rushed out to tell me and the gentleman as how eill they ***** you for more money. Again after some static a tall phallus looking tow driver came out to act like a Neanderthal and even threaten violence against me, which I never threatened anyone. Stating why don't we go on the otherside of the gate. ParkM is owned or controlled by 3T or its partners..... so when I asked if ************* owned ParkM and is using this to snag cars seconds after a permit expires. Predatory..... ********************* owns both.

My car was towed yesterday from Mountain Gate Apartments. The parking permit was $8/month. They say that they communicate solely through email but I was never notified of my payment being declined and my permit being deactivated. This is completely ridiculous and I am absolutely livid. They claim they do not control where the emails are sent but that is untrue. How can you not control where your company sends emails? Especially when I have received notifications via their email in the past. This company is absolute garbage. They scam you with their predatory tow trucks that come every single day.

Awful company, take peoples money and then s**** them over and help ************* tow your car so they can split the $$$. They did it to me and even tho I had a permit and they had my information they still towed my car. You have to pay at your apartment complex but they do nothing for you or provide any service. Thieves!!!
