On April 3, 2025, my vehicle (plate 3MCB16) was towed in ******, ** due to an expired parking permit. I rely on ParkMs system, which normally sends reminders via text and email one hour before expiration. However, for this incident, I did not receive the reminder until 10:00 AM on April 3, which was after the vehicle had already been towed.ParkM support claims the message was sent at 10:03 PM on April 2, but I have proof showing the actual delivery was delayed until the next morning. Because of this, I had no opportunity to renew my permit in ******* addition, I was charged for a WAP (window wrap) service that I did not request or authorize. To make matters worse, the towing company (Action Towing) did not even itemize this charge on the receipt. The receipt only lists a basic towing fee for an expired passthere is no mention of the extra charge I was required to pay for the window wrap.I reached out to ParkM to resolve this, but they closed the case stating they do not handle towing. However, the delayed notification and lack of transparency in the towing charges make this feel unfair and unresolved.Initial Complaint

I moved into the ***************** Apartment complex in Nov 2023 and registered for the free annual parking permit. Each month it would renew automatically. I got a notice via email that my permit would expire in March 2024. I expected the permit to renew automatically as it had done in the past. In the early hours of March 13, 2024, my car was towed. I paid the almost $270 to get my car from the tow lot. I emailed the customer service email address questioning why my Annual permit expired after 4 months. They avoided the question in their response and only answered "We notified you that is what set to expire". I requested a response from a supervisor role and when they emailed me, it was the same situation. I emailed them again on March 17 2024 again asking for compensation for having to pay to get my car back.Initial Complaint

Last year parkm deactivated my parking pass for no reason at all and my vehicle was almost towed. Now more recently my account was deactivated and they created a new account with my information under a random email. They're claiming I did it. I did not. It seems like they might be working with the tow company, ************, to wrongly tow vehicles. I'm aware ********************* is under investigation by the Inspector General. I just thought it was a little odd and sketchy that this stuff is happening and these companies work together. I just want the information out there.Initial Complaint

This company sells parking permits which determine if you get towed or not.I have had an active permit for a year and I added a different vehicle to my profile to which I have a screenshot of when it was added for my reference. I was then towed the following morning for not having the car register (even though on my end it had said it was). Upon realizing the car was missing I realized it had been towed to which I went in and saw that the information that I had input the night before was no longer there; so I resubmitted the information and I then had to pay $287 to get my car out of the impound lot. I have been discussing this over email with the company for over a week now and they have not been helpful at all. They are denying to accept the issue when I clearly have a screenshot with a timestamp of the information in the portal the night before I got towed. I pay this company $10 monthly to have an active permit and have always had my correct vehicle inputted and I still got towed which in essence means they have discredited my purchase of a parking permit.Initial Complaint

My car was booted at 3:00 am since I got a new license plate because my old one was stolen from their parking spot. They booted my car without checking the **** The staff seemed had no information and any access to the record to check if the two license plate were linked to the same vehicle in their own system. They said they sent an email to my property but the property never received an email. This business should definitely be banned as they showed no evidence to well manage the parking.Initial Complaint

Company would not allow me to cancel my subscription, forcing me to go through email. Additionally, I got towed when I had a permit through them, and never received any compensation.
