  I truly feel like I was set up for failure by this company and not set up for success. The material that was given to study for the module final exams did not cover most of the questions asked on the final exams. The customer service on the matter was a joke. Over a week of contacting the company, the only two people who answered had never taken the course that I had an issue with. When I asked the people who answered the phone where all of the material was located for me to study to pass a final exam, they did not have sound answers at all and did not seem to care about the situation. I was told, too bad, that since it had been two weeks past their refund period I would not be refunded the cost of this course. The company should change the company name by taking the word 'training' off since they do not train you to pass the module final exams. I noticed there were a couple of BBB neg reviews already about this 'wanna-be' school, and I wish I had checked here first before giving them my hard-earned money for NOTHING.

  Purchased a bundle for online and in person training from AHIT in May of 2023. Online training was mediocre at best. The field training was originally scheduled for **** of 2023, and was cancelled. It was rescheduled for August of 2023, and to no surprise, was cancelled again, with the closest reschedule in October. I sent multiple emails to the company which never received a response. When I called the company and explained the situation, I was told that because it was 30 days past the original purchase date, and I had completed over 50% of the online training, I was not eligible for a refund for the field training. The training was delayed 4 months due to cancellations by AHIT, but because it was past 30 days of my purchase, and I had completed over 50% of the online training (Which was not part of the field training) They refused to even refund the $1300 part of the package for the field training. This refund was refused to me over the phone by a customer service representative with a smile on her voice and no apology offered whatsoever.This company is a shameful scam. They will steal your money. DO NOT under any circumstance purchase any product or service from them. They will either waste your time with sub par training, or flat out steal from you with a smile.

  Waste of my hard-earned money. The 'training' is a series of rambling videos that are hard to follow and don't line up with the online textbook that is also a joke. You have to get a code, wait a couple of DAYS and then finally log into a completely different system in order to 'read the book' which can only be done if you're connected to the internet. This very complicated training course has FOUR different username and password combinations with different passwords required for different sections including the Exam prep that didn't even give you results of how you did on the practice tests. Complete joke of a course. I have my bachelor degree in *********************** and this course is an absolute mess. Save you money and go with a local school.
