      Purchased ARB coil springs from 4wheelparts.com on 6/12/23. Requested an RMA via the form on their website on 7/8/23, well within the 30 day return period. Received no response other than automated. Called their customer service number on 7/27, they did not answer so I left a voicemail asking again for an RMA, reminding them that I had contacted them within the 30 day return period so I expect a full refund. Sent a followup email on 7/30/23. Have yet to receive a response from them other than the automated email messages, so they seem to be ignoring my requests. No doubt in an excuse to deny me the return and/or deny me a full refund for me returning an unopened product. Ignoring a customer like this is unacceptable behavior. I would like a full refund, and am happy to send the product back according to the 30 day return terms. Attached receipt and copy of second followup email (first message was sent on a website form so I do not have a copy, they should though).

      I purchased a product from throtl online, I had searched for a cheaper price than the original product id found. They offered the cheapest price by far and after looking over their website and policies it seemed legit. I placed the order for close to 300$ and paid extra for quick shipping on the item. It took almost two weeks to be delivered still, and what I ended up receiving was a product in the range of 30$ for a cost. It was not even close to the item I purchased . I began a complaint about the wrong item being sent and I spent weeks going back and forth trying to get this problem resolved and get my money back as soon as possible. This part was to fix a diesel work truck and due to the issues that occurred with this website a lot of money was lost and spent. They also added a charge for the return, 10 percent restock fee even though the mistake was 100% their fault. I printed the return label and spent 20$ on *** shopping and insurance, the item was received by this company according to tracking information on July 15th and I've not gotten one response to the two emails I've sent since then regarding my refund

      Hello,I bought four Beyern wheels from WheelPro through Amazon (Order # ***-7963940-7797027) in February 2022. Within eight months the chrome was flaking off and I initiated a claim but they refused to honor their warranty. It is with great disappointment that I share my recent experience with WheelPro and Beyern Wheels. My initial impression of the chrome *********** wheels I purchased from them was positive, but sadly, their warranty policy has left me frustrated and unsatisfied.Within eight months after purchasing the chrome wheels, I noticed severe pitting and separation issues between the chrome and aluminum surfaces. Considering the premium price I paid for these wheels, I had expected a level of quality that would withstand typical usage conditions. Alas, my expectations were far from met.******** claims should offer customers peace of mind, but my attempt to avail the supposed "comprehensive" warranty protection was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite contacting their customer service and following their prescribed procedures, the response was slow and unhelpful. It seemed as though the company was determined to avoid responsibility rather than stand behind their product.Moreover, the consequences of their lack of support extended beyond just the cosmetic defects on the wheels. I encountered another issue when my tire went flat due to air leakage around the bead. The dire situation left me stranded and incurring additional expenses for repairs and replacements. I replaced the tire and it went flat again.Throughout this ordeal, the absence of genuine concern from WheelPro and Beyern Wheels was disheartening. They seemed more interested in passing the blame than acknowledging the defects in their product and honoring their warranty commitment. It is evident that they prioritize their bottom line over customer satisfaction.

      I spend roughly ****** dollars here. About ****** in parts and ***** in labor. They finished my keep 3 days earlier than expected. My sensors dont work, start/stop doesnt work, my headlights only worked half the time. My husband went in and told them about the situation and that they need to fix their mistakes. They said no the dealership has to fix it. The problem with that is they wont work on aftermarket parts because it was not their fault all my wiring is messed up its 4 wheel parts fault. And they refuse to fix it. We could only get them to agree to fix the headlight. When they fixed it, they called and said the guy who installed it didnt install it properly. The harness was loose and so were the cables. And they still refuse to fix the rest of their s**** *** that I unfortunately paid for! Im livid I spent over ****** for my Jeep and ****** in parts and service only to have a bunch of wiring issues due to the ********************* the job! It needs to be fixed! I spent too much money for my Jeep to be messed up!

      I purchased a product from 4WP on 6/20/2023; when the product arrived a few days later, it was discovered that it does not fit my vehicle model/sub type (part doesn't fit a Ram **** Sport). I initiated a return via email on 6/26/2023, reference number ******, informing me it was being reviewed and not to submit multiple requests. I waited and about a week called to check on the status when no response was received (checked my spam folder to be sure as well). I held for about 50 mins and no one answered. I've tried calling multiple times to multiple ************* and ************) departments since then and they're either inoperable, closed, leave you on hold, or sends you to voice-mail. The only time I've been able to actually speak someone is at the ************** store *************) or on social media (their Instagram page) both of which couldn't help me. The store needs the return authorization form from customer service/corporate before they can accept it and social media side doesn't deal with customer service at all. I've still received no response back via email or phone call, nor does anyone ever answer when calling both the corporate (even other departments in corporate like accounts receivable or HR) or customer service numbers. Its now 7/10/2023 and still no response has been received. I simply want to return the product, receive a full refund, and have them update their website for the product so no one else has to go through this. Thank you.

      I purchased 4 Bilstein **** Series shocks on 7/1/23. On 7/6 the delivery was made from ***** however the boxes were empty and open. I am missing my items and have made multiple attempts to contact the company yesterday and today and hours on the phone to never get assistance. It appears these items were either stolen in shipping or never packed. I have spoken to a person in sales who said they can't help and sent me to service. Service has never answered the phone and I've left multiple VM. National corporate sales said yesterday that they would have service reach out and send me a new shipment expedited today (7) which never happened and again no one will answer. I will accept expedited shipping of the items for immediate delivery or local pickup at a local 4WP store, or a refund, otherwise I will file a fraud claim with my bank for failure to deliver the order. Empty boxes should not be acceptable and failure to fix the issue no matter where it happened, while keeping the funds is fraud.

      Purchased a Bestop for my **** Jeep wrangler in April/May 2023. The top is damaged and 4WD and Bestop refuse to honor the warranty. The top cost almost $1,000 USD.

      I placed an order on February 6th, 2023. I was told after ordering the product is backordered and they don't expect to ever have it again. I have since called customer service dozens of times and wait on hold for an hour until the call times out and hangs up. I want to cancel the order and get my money back but I can not get a response from anyone.

      I ordered 5 wheels on April 30, 2023. I received 4 of said wheels, but not the 5th. I have tried calling the customer service line to see why I have no received said wheel, but always got sent to voicemail after about 15 minutes of being on hold. I attempted to get ahold of them about 10 times, but never made contact. This final time I attempted to contact them, I left the final of several voicemails explaining I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. My order number is 4w2125175340, and the shipping says the wheel is shipped, but it has said that for about a month.
