On 12/15/2022, I purchased 2 Westin/Brute topsider toolboxes for my truck through Throtl's website. The 2 boxes totaled $1408.03. I was given 3 different shipment dates, and after each date passed I was told there was a slight delay in fulfilling my order (#******). I called the company 3 times, trying to get an answer from them and all 3 times no one answered and I had to leave a voicemail, I had offered on the last voicemail that I'd settle for a refund. No responded to my voicemails. The last contact I have had with the company at all was on 2-14-23. Another automated email telling me there was another "slight" delay in fulfilling my order and there were no further updates. At this point, I just want the toolboxes delivered as I've needed them for my truck now for 7 months.Business Response

Placed an order (Order# 4w2126549091 / SO1666392) on 4/7/2023. $225.42 Called ********** twice-no answer but left a message once. Tried to contact them via ******** twice, was told to leave my contact *********** would get back to me, but I've heard nothing. I've tried email them twice still nothing. I brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in to be serviced. I explained to the tech that my driver front tire was dribbling and causing my entire front end to shake. I explained that when I go over a dip in the road is when the dribbling beginnings. He stated that he understood and that the issue would be resolved. Apparently they were fixing a "Death Wobble" that I didn't even have an issue with. They replaced all my "steering components" which actually started the "Death Wobble" issue. I finally got my Jeep into a THIRD company, who actually listened to me, and we found the issue was a shock that needs to be replaced. I am requesting at least half of my money back as the neither of the techs listened to the issue and just jumped to fix an issue that was common for THEM.Business Response

On 5/30/23 4WheelParts ordered wheels for my 2023 Dodge ram **** for a cash down payment of $900.00 to order. I charged the remaining $839.58 on 6/3/23. On 6/5/23 they were damaged as they were rolled off of the jacks. The tire company explained the rim are too small. They are not for your 2023. Tried to return them. The sales person stated He didn't know the vehicle. I agreed to pay for the up grade. ******** said He can't take them back.Business Response

I placed an online order with 4 Wheel Parts on 4/24/23 and it arrived just fine. Two of the parts I had ordered ended up not working for my project so I filled out their online return request form on 4/29/23 and did not receive a response. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for over an hour. I filled out the form again on 5/8/23 and still no response. I tried to call customer service again several more times since then and was told by an automated message that they were closed and to call back during business hours even though I was calling during their business hours listed on their website. I tried sending a couple emails to customer service and haven't heard anything back. I called the sales department a couple times earlier this week and finally got a hold of someone and he said that all he could do was send an email to his manager about the situation and then maybe someone would contact me.Business Response

I ordered LED headlights for my wifes Jeep on 1 April, 2023. They shipped directly from the manufacture and I received them on 26 April. As soon as I received them, I opened the box to inspect them and the first one I picked up rattled as it had something loose inside of it. I contacted 4-wheel parts the next day (27 April) through their online customer service complaint form and have failed to receive anything other than an automated response. I filled out a second form on 23 May. I have also called their customer service line numerous times and spent anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes on hold each time without ever speaking to an actual person.At this point I am well past their return policy timeframe and STILL have not received a response from the company.Business Response

I ordered 4 rims from 4 Wheel Parts.com. I was waiting months to receive my order but eventually I had to make a complaint to the BBB. Upon completion of that complaint I finally received 2 out of the 4 rims. I am contacting you again in hopes I can receive a refund from the company and resolve my issue as some time has passed now.Business Response

I initially ordered a part from this company.I asked them to cancel the order 2 days before it was shipped. They proceeded to send the part anyway.It took 3 weeks of phone calls and emails to get them to issue an RMA to me, and another 3 weeks to get a partial refund. they failed to have the sales tax amount refunded, by refunded me the wrong order that I didn't request an RMA for through *******, its very confusing.I My refund was $369.99 instead of $404.58, They are a shady company that doesn't answer the phoneBusiness Response
