      On February 14, 2023 I placed an order with 4Wheelparts for an *** Intensity ***** Driving Light Kit - #***SJB36SFKIT , *** ***** Lens Light Cover (2 Amber) - ***SJB36LENA and *** ***** Lens Light Cover (2 Clear) - ***SJB36LENS - the order number for this transaction is 4w2071296708. To date I still havent received the *** Intensity ***** Driving Light Kit that I paid for, I have received the lens covers but not the $723.00 + tax & shipping *** Intensity ***** Driving Light Kit. I first tried sending emails to try and get an answer, no reply. I then called, most of the time you need to stay on hold for over 1 hour to get any customer service ******** March 9, 2023 after being on hold for over 1 hour I talked to a rep who said my order was scheduled to ship on March 10th and I should receive a tracking number, as of March 13th nothing. I called again on March 17th and once again after being on hold for more then an hour the customer service rep told me shed submit a refund for the *** Intensity ***** Driving Light Kit and it should go back to my AMEX by by March 23rd. Its now March 27th and no credit and once again Im on hold trying to talk with a representative at 4Wheelparts going on 1 hour on hold. All I want is a refund for the light kit they already charged my credit card for, along with tax and shipping charges.

      NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Ordered winch more than 2 weeks ago, never shipped. I used their website form to request the order be cancelled and my money returned. Its been 4 business days and no response. I've tried calling and no one ever picks up the phone during normal business hours. Spent over an hour on hold.       Made an order online to 4wheelparts.com way back on 2/16/23. NEVER received a tracking number nor my order! Order # 4w2083399131 for a wheel with total cost including tax ******. Have called NUMEROUS times and can NEVER get anyone on the phone! Have emailed NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NO REPLY! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

      Purchased wheels in November. Employee assisted with ordering via phone. Once I was able to obtain an appointment to have the wheels placed on my vehicle, the technician stated they were the wrong size and I am unable to put them in my vehicle. I have called and emailed 4WheelParts and nothing has been rectified. I have been disconnected via phone, emails go unanswered, and messages ignored.

      Order #****** Order date 1/23/2023 Date stated it was Delivered 1/31/2023 Tracking #************. The major problem with this is we NEVER received our package. Not to mention ******'s horrible lack of ***************** including resolve to issues. We took all the correct and proper steps to file a claim, and notify the shipper (Throtl) and shipping company ******** Throtl notified us via email it can take up to 6-8 weeks to process these kind of claims. Which once again was false information, they are just very negligent. During those weeks of waiting I decided to contact ****** They stated "not only was that information False","THROTL never filed a claim", "It only takes 5-7 days for the claim to be resolved and the shipper paid". I contacted ****** and notified them of this information I had received. Of course, that day they opened a claim and got paid shortly after for the parts in question. I've reached out with absolutely no resolve. I have attached all my emails and chats with them. All I want is a refund for my part I never received. Something has to be done about this business and the way they operate for the Customers. I went over all the complaints. Please HELP BBB!!!!

      -Ordered a carbon fiber GT350R wing from Throtl, made by ******** composites. Showed up to my door Thursday March 9th 2023 around 515PM. Was received and inspected and upon review was cracked on the under side. Within the hour I had emailed them to let them know the product is damaged. They didn't get back to me until Tuesday the 14th and told me to contact ******** Composites. ******** told me there isn't anything they can do because ****** took too long to reply. Then ****** said because THEY took to long to reply they will not refund, or replace my part. I believe the product was damaged before shipping and they willingly sold a broken wing. Instead they could offer me a discount on another one?? The most worthless compromise for a horrible company error. These people are knowingly shipping out broken and damaged parts, then blaming the customer for not reaching out to the exact right person with in 2 days.

      I spent $2500 on wheels that are peeling and pitting not even 5 months old I have them on my show truck they have never been in the rain or snow The manufacturer doesn't call or email back but they are a huge company that doesn't care about their customers really sad

      I ordered and paid for an auto seat, $243.55 They withdrew from my bank the day I ordered. This is very uncommon, normally money is not taken out until the product is shipped. After a week of ordering on ****, I tried reaching them several times by two different emails they provide, (i received no response) I tried calling them several times with no response, only to be put on hold for over 45 minutes. I understand they are going out of business. I feel like I am being scammed. I would need the money back or the seat, Smittybilt seat part no. *****. order no.ww2092780344.

      I placed an order with the company last month for 2 leaf springs and only received one of them. *** tried to call the company 3 times and waited on hold for an hour only to be hung up on before even talking to anyone. *** wrote multiple emails and got nothing in return. When I check order status it look like my order has been completed when I look a my tracking number it shows a second tracking number Im guessing for the other spring but it has stated ready to ship since I received the other one which was 2 weeks ago. With out being able to get through to anyone I feel like my order and money is just lost in the system.

      Ordered a winch on 1/16/2023 order status S01517084. Never received and goods or updates on my order. ****** received an order ******* saying they were having trouble with supply chain issues. The order update said I could go to a retail 4 wheel parts store and receive a substitute. Went to the store in *********** ** on ************. Showed them the e mail and was told there was nothing they could do.I would like to reveive a refund.
