I have been trying to contact someone for the past week about this order. I tried canceling the order by sending an email, I've called 3 times with 20 min waits each, filled out the *** form on the website multiple times to no response. I ordered the Smittybilt fenders but then realized I wanted the Bestop brand and reordered. When the original order was delivered, I refused delivery with *** and they sent it back without an *** because I wasn't able to get in contact with anyone. The Smittybilt fenders have since been delivered back to 4wp on Feb 27th (*** Tracking 1Z244YX10341084970). I ordered 3 items from 4wheelparts.com on 2/18/2023 and I did receive the items. The items did not work for my car despite the fact that I entered the make/model of my car into their website when I ordered and was told the items would work with my car. So I need to return the items. As their website says "complete satisfaction" is expected and a return can be made by filling out their online return form. I have done this twice and have not received a response with the *** number. I have tried on 4 separate occasions to call their customer support number and have waited as long as 2.5 hours on hold and nobody ever picks up. After doing some online research, it seems this is a pattern with this company to not answer their phone when people call their customer support.Business Response

I purchased this item ******************************************************************************* . When I received the hardware it was bent . I contacted smittybilt on July 6 2022. On July 8,2022 they agreed to send me out a replacement part via email with reference number SO0927709 as of Feb. 27,2023 I still not received the replacement part. Purchase from there website 4 wheel parts on 12/19/22received order 12/21/22. Received 2 different products when I needed and ordered 4 of the same. I am rejecting this response because: Upon my initial complaint I had to get PayPal involved to get my refund. But Im out $301.04 in shipping. A week after I shipped there product back then they sent me a email with prepaid shipping labels. But at that point they had already received their product back. They sent me the wrong product in the beginning and dragged there feet on making it right. In which Im still out the shipping cost for there mistake!! $301.04 Is what it will take to make things right! Its a shame a company made the mistakes but I understand mistakes happen but there mistake shouldnt have cost me! Look at the pdf they sent thats not even my receipt!!

Ordered Centerforce II Clutch Kit - *********************** Throwout Bearing - 902 on 12/27/2022 under Order Number: 4w2035242811. I paid in full with my Amex for a total of $505.16 ($468.82 parts + $36.34 tax). Immediately received my confirmation email from 4WP that showed all the details of the order as correct and my Amex statement correct showed the $505.16 as charged. A few days later I went to check on their order status page and the order is only reflecting the Centerforce II Clutch Kit - CFT505019. I attempted to call them on 12/29 but waited in line for 2 hours and subsequently was hung up on while waiting. I let it pass waiting for parts to arrive as perhaps it was just a website error. I called again Jan 3rd and once again, on hold for hours and then hung up on. Parts hadn't even shipped yet but it was holidays so I let is slide. *** 5th the clutch kit arrived at my house without any previous tracking being provided and no sign of the throw-out bearing. At this point I know something is up so I tried calling twice on Jan 7th and once again, on hold for 2 hours and hung up on. I tried calling ************ location and although they were very helpful, cannot help with online orders. I called Centerforce directly to see if they ever got an order for the bearing in addition to clutch and they confirmed that they only received the order for the clutch which they shipped to me. At this point, 4WP **************** has failed to answer my calls while owing me $37.76+tax. I ordered the bearing again this time directly from Centerforce (who was very helpful) to the cost of $64.92. My 96 4Runner has been left immobile in the garage while 4WP doesn't own up to their obligations and reaching them has proven impossible. These are NOT unprecedented times, it's been 2 years, its as an excuse to understaff and save costs leaving little path to resolution other than endlessly call their customer service line. I placed an order on their website back in October (10/21/2022), it is now January 6th of 2023 and I still do not have my product. They have had my money for 3 months and still no shipping or anything on my product.When I placed the order it was supposed to ship in 4 days according to their website. Nothing happened in a week so I reached out. They said (and I have the email) backorderd until "LATE" November. So I said ok and waiting till November. I checked online late November and it showed in stock! And ready to order and ship on their web page! I reached out asking about my order, no response. Radio silence. Checked back in December, now the parts show "ships directly from manufaturer"... so they had my item in stock, chose not to ship it, then sold out again....I called a local store in *************** for help because the phone customer service for online has an INSANE (2+ hour hold time) and the guy looked into it. He said "they are in stock at our warehouse. I can order them and have them here in a week!" I said great, thank you so much. He had an issue so he placed me on hold. Came back afew minutes later and said that he cannot help because it's an online order, not a store order, to contact online service..... again 2+hr hold wait times EVERY TIME I HAVE TRIED THAT! So I filled out their "contact us" online form for the 5th or 6th time, still nothing. Radio silence. This was all early-mid December. It is not January and still haven't heard anything. I have proof they had my item in stock twice over the last 3 months but they will not ship my order.While typing this, I was on hold with their customer service line, and quite literally, after 30mins hold time, the system just hung up on me randomly. This is insane. Is their entire business model to scam people because that's what this feels like at this point.Please help.Business Response

Order #************ I contacted you five times by email and twice by phone because I received the incorrect item. The problem is that you sent me the incorrect product. You listed it as JW Speaker Model 6045 LED Fog Lights with a picture of the light, but you sent me a adapters.
When I called, the person on the other end of the phone I believe the name was **** notice this and told me I wouldn't have to pay for return shipping but it loos like it has not been shipped yet and if I receive the item just email through your site which I did and no response. Since then you've changed that Listing the picture and product information on your website, and you still have ignored my emails

I still have not received my Refund, I contacted PayPal after seller States they Refunded me through PayPal
PayPal Said There is no record or a transaction of a refund to me from
this company and PayPal said in the email they sent me ate Feb/28/2023
4:45 PM which I sent the Seller which I will attach------>If the
seller is insisting that they sent a refund on the 23rd of February,
they can call us directly, so we could assist them.
The seller tells me to call PayPal which I have 4 or 5 times and PayPal
says the seller needs to contact them... And even after I email the
seller proof there was no refund filed with PayPal by them, they sill
refuse to check with PayPal(First) they upload a made up invoice to the BBB today that was datedFeb/23/2023 saying that it was proof of the PayPal refund which has
nothing to do with PayPal because I called PayPal again they said there
is no record of the refund, so the invoice was just that, a made up
invoice
(Second) they just emailed me tonight Feb/28/2023 at 5:52 PM with a
snapshot of just the top Part of Some (transaction dated
Feb/3/2023 with an ID (*****************) and saying it was proof of a
PayPal refund, so I contacted PayPal again Feb/28/2023 8:16PM and my
Credit Company at 8:49PM and they both said the ID number and the
transaction Has nothing to do with them
Seller said they would refund me after they received the item, so how is
this transaction date Feb/3/2023 they sent me tonight proof of a refund when I did not receive
the return label until Feb/3/2023 and the item was not received by the seller
until Feb/13/2023 and then the seller made up some invoice dated
Feb/23/2023 which they uploaded here to the BBB now saying that it was
proof of the refund? And PayPal said there was no record of a refund made by the seller
and invoices has nothing to do with PayPal
(1) I'm attaching 2 files, a copy of the email From PayPal from
(February 28, 2023, 4:45 PM) stating No Refund Received
(2) and a copy of my Phone calls to PayPal that I had to make because
the Seller refuses to do it, after I explained that there was no refund into my PayPal
account from them and the email from PayPal Stating this
And the attached file the seller uploaded to the BBB has nothing to do
with PayPal or proof that PayPal received the Refund from the seller to
me, it is just an invoice the company made on 2/23/2023
Seller emailed me and said that PayPal has to approve the refund
I emailed the seller explaining that I contacted PayPal on 2/27/2023 at
5:17PM by phone, PayPal said they do not have to approve the refund and
they said there was no refund/Transaction made by your company on
record

So for the record, I reopened the dispute against Tap world/4wheelparts.com/4wp and my credit card company had to take my $117.34 out of their account and put it back into my account because they lied and never refunded me. So it ended up as a charge back and not a refund, and it took me 3 months to get my refund. They ignored all my emails at the beginning until l I opened a claim with the BBB, and I spent over 5 1/2 hours on 2 different phone calls on hold with this company I have spent over 15+ hours trying to get my money back from this company between PayPal, my credit card company, and this company. ......... s o it is a Charge Back not a refund, I opened my dispute Jan 5,2023 and finely receive my money through a Charge Back 3 months Later with no help from this company there very dishonest..
Short story I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I got my money in a charge. Back then, Tap World disputed my dispute and sent me a return label and told my credit card company they would refund me after they received the item back,so my credit card company returned the funds back to Tap World on Feb. 5 2023, I sent the item back, and Tap World never refunded me for the return item, and I tried many times to get a refund, so I reopened the dispute with my credit card company 3 weeks later after they received the return item to get my money from this dishonest company.
