      Sent me wrong part to start with. Now it's back and forth email this area for a return and then do this. Filled out return form, says could take up to 7 days for a answer to my return/refund request, even though they sent me the wrong part. I also reordered the part they didn't ship and now all sudden they are taking forever to ship it out which I paid for rush shipping on. Definitely headache company. Honestly about to cancel my replacement part order and buy direct for manufacturer. Should of just done it in first place but manufacturer rush shipping prices are crazy expensive. Definitely buy from manufacturer or a smaller retail store with your item. I've gotten better customer service from small shops then this big bulk shop.

      I just want my refund and Im not getting any straight answers on why I havent gotten one yet. The items have been delivered to the return address for almost a month with no feedback. I get that Ill lose out on 35% of my money even though I was recommended these items by a support member at Throtl upon inquiring on their fitment (Of course they didnt actually fit, hard ****** learned), but I need the money to get the right parts and for whatever reason, it isnt being paid out. All Im asking for is real communication and not some automated response.

      I don’t know where you’re looking then. My last email was the 21st, before that, the 14th, and before that, the 12th. Can’t be said that no one saw them, because I received an answer to each one at some point.

      Worst website ever sold me a oil cooler for my 370z which was complete trash leaked oil every time. I tried to return this item because it was defective. They basically told me to take it with the manufacturer of the part. Dont buy from them save your time and money

      Garbage a** website, first they overprice their items and second I put in a cancellation request for my order literally 2 minutes after ordering the item which was around 1:30am est. So they had plenty of time to cancel the order and refund my money but no, theyre so desperate for money they said oh its already shipped. Ridiculous theyre that money hungry, probably because they get s*** for sales. 0 stars and wouldnt recommend this website to anyone. Best to go ahead and get them off the market.

      Cancellations on in-stock items are not guaranteed, unfortunately. We are very proud of our processing times as they are one of the fastest in the industry.

      There is a lot more that goes into processing and shipping these items than just a label, unfortunately, typically once an order is placed it is sent over to the warehouse immediately to be pulled/packed for shipment, once that happens it is unable to be halted.

      As you placed this order and requested it to be cancelled well outside of our business hours, this was unable to be completed.

      We have responded to your email with instructions if you would like to return it, otherwise as you expressed interest in saving an additional $20 through a price match, we are more than happy to review that as well to help you save some more $$.

      I ordered what I thought was front mount innercooler w black tubes. I dont need the tubes at all. I need front mount innercooler and cus my card dont match my address I used affirm so I could pay it off after I got it. Says delivered I emailed 3 times before I talked to someone a week later now they are staying I only ordered the tubes in black for ******* when I can get them and cooler for less. I only used them cus it stated in stall witch I dont mind spending money on my car if I need the part. So now that the showed me it was just a black tubes Im even more ****** off to have to order innercooler somewhere else but that I still havent even got the delivery so I could ask for refund. Today I asked for it to cancel or refund since I never got it. If it shows up Im for sure returning it but since it was delivered to my brand new house in new sun that doesnt show up on maps Im questioning if this is a scam to keep my money. Im contacting ***** again today as I have for days until they finally stated it was lost in transaction. Ill never use this company again and the reviews I read sound on point as looks like imma have to start a small claims over ******* ish dollars just cus I didnt get my product and now it was only tubing ****** me off even more I have red tubs I need innercooler. DONT DO IT also they always make remarks back to all claims as its your fault or you did something wrong in this case yes for thinking I was ordering a innercooler period I would throw tubes away I got some already.., sneaky sneaky dont be in a hurry wait it out w places like subi mods ****** learned

      Nightmare experience. I waited 3 weeks to get the part in shop. Worked with ******. I asked if he could hold the part under my name. He said no we don't do that. When the part came in shop, he said to come in. I said I could come in on Saturday. I said what time, ***** said just come in anytime, so no appointment was made. I called ***** the night before and said "we'll I can squeeze you at 9am because I have many appointments. Why didn't genius set me up with an official appointment. And he made it seem like he was doing me a favor but I tried to make an appt 10 days prior but he refused. I brought my Tahoe in at 9am and it was fixed at 3pm at the last appointment. F ****** , the only reason why I went there because there was no other option. I Believe ***** is racist, can't figure why else he would give me such trashy experience.

      Worst f****** customer service and delivery time Ive ever experienced. Asked for a refund 3 to 2 months prior of the delivery date. I was met with a 10% charging fee on my $300 part because it was a special order. Special order my f****** a** I waited for the part instead which it had said would deliver 2 months ago. Still cant get my refund still havent received my part. f*** buying stuff on the internet you guys ruined my life impression. S**** throtl and everyone working there. Go to h***

We provide estimates from the manufacturer on when they are expecting them to come available from production, however estimates are subject to change.
