    July 15th, 2022 I ordered the photo stick. When I recieved it, it did not work as specified. It did not find my photos and export them to the stick or my computer. No info came with it. It is useless to me now. I wanted to export the photos on my phone so I could use my phone to take pictures of my daughters' wedding on 9/24/22. Very disappointed. $78.82 down the drain, of which I can not afford on a very tight budget.

    I have read the customer's complaint and am sorry that the customer was unable to get her photos copied over.  I will personally reach out to her with with refund information. ThePhotoStick products all come with a product card in the clamshell.  On the back of that product card is a Quick Start Guide that lists the install instructions. The Quick Start Guide on the back of the product card also lists our website.
