      They always help with my problems. Are honest in telling me what is the best solution for me. They always check for wax in my ears and make sure the hearing aids are in good shape. I always go to the Ft ******* office. *** *.

      Thank you so much ***************************** for all of the information regarding options to treat tinnitus. I did not even know that there is technology to treat this horrible problem. I have to admit that as I headed to the appointment I was feeling that this was going to be an exercise in futility.Boy was I wrong. Not only did I learn the neurophysiology of my problem, but I received a comprehensive hearing evaluation. When options for treatment were given I was really so excited to hear that there is something to get rid of this horrible noise. ************** was professional and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I feel like I have a chance for a brighter future.

      The staff was super friendly and scheduled me next day! When I went in, the doctor was super kind, explained all tests and processes thoroughly and even let me try different kinds of hearing aids and settings! I feel fully confident that I am in good hands here.
