  Debra has the best customer service hands down! I appreciate her taking the time to see my vision and then bring it to light! She showed up early, worked hard and made sure my event was the best! Thank you so much!!!

  I would recommend them for wedding decor but not for event planning. I was pressured, by the owner, into writing a review for their website which I now regret, because I don’t want other brides to be deceived.
  Everything was okay until the day of the wedding, in which there were many things that she didn’t bring. We talked for weeks about a champagne wall at the ceremony (it was actually Debra, the owner’s, idea). My MIL bought extra champagne for this. Well the morning of, my husband asked where it was and she said it broke 2 weeks ago. She never told us.
  For set up, she did not bring enough people as she had told me she would. She said she needed my husband and some groomsmen to help with the tent she bought, and the hay bails (hay bails were our idea and so we were fine doing them). Well, she kept adding onto their plate and basically had my husband and the groomsmen set up everything except for decor despite this being a service she claims to provide.
  For some reason she hated these beautiful wooden tables and benches that were at the venue, and took the benches away without asking, and made my husband, my MIL, and other friends with bad backs move them back.
  After the wedding, she took my flowers (over $600 worth) and said that she thought I was “giving them” to her. She ended up giving them back but I’m still missing over $100 worth that she is blaming on a supposed “bridesmaid”.
  She did not send the itinerary to all of the caterers, and therefor the food was done over an hour early and she tried to cut my photos short which were, of course, thousands of dollars worth.
  I felt so pressured to do the original review and have since asked her to take it down (over a month ago) and she won’t unless I tell her why.
  Again, everything was decorated well, but the wedding was so chaotic and there were so many things she said she was going to do, and didn’t.
  My sister made a sign for the ceremony and Debra’s “team” (1 helper) moved it to where no one could see.

  This business has no option for review on ********- that should have been the first red flag.

  Also, the seating arrangement was a complete nightmare. My wedding party couldn’t find their seats because it was spread out everywhere. She didn’t tell me there would be specific names on specific seats. They had families completely separated. She blamed my wedding party for not knowing their seats.
