      ***** "the manager" should not be allowed to manage a fruit stand at an elementary school. Zero understanding of customer **********************. Zero understanding that what they do touches peoples lives and safety in a direct way. ***** should not be allowed to roll old tires through a parking lot. As a person who has used Midas for over 30 years, I will not step into the stores again. I will be contacting the corporate office and writing a letter to the CEO of the company. This man has no business in customer ********************** or dealing with people's safety. A disgusting experience. Avoid like a plague and you and your family will benefit a great deal. I will be contacting the corporate headquarters and the CEO **** *******

      I think Midas should have told me before they performed the job in question ALL procedures they were going to perform. They performed unauthorized functions (probably trying to find things wrong with the vehicle so they could scare me into having more repairs done than necessary) and didn't inform me in advance of what they were going to do. They also should've have COMPLETED the job they were paid for correctly.
