    Contract to credential my business was signed and paid for on 8/23. I was to be credentialed for four insurance companies and I was told it would take up to 90 days. The work was never completed. I have only been credentialed for two insurance companies. During the course of my interactions with the company they have changed my point of contact and the name of the company many times I attempted many times to contact, I have been told that the delay has been due to the firing of multiple people. ConfidoRCM, Credibills LLC, and RCM with no reply.

    Business collected all information to credential me with health insurance companies. The process started in July, and to date Im not credentialed. The business is not responding to texts, calls, or emails. In addition, they have since changed business names but refuse to respond or provide an update. Filing this complaint because personal information is shared for credentialing. They collect payment by *****. New business name is Confido RCM

    The company requested all my documents to start the ***************** credit filing process. The process has been going on since March. I have not received notice of the outcome and cannot reach them. I cannot get on their website or reach them by phone. I want a refund to ensure my business information and social security card have not been compromised. I have spoken with people in the business before, but there are no deliverables. Thank you

    SCAM ALERT! In March 2023 I contacted thic company for credentialing. I had 1 company that offered a contract, but the 5 others that I paid for are sitting in limbo. I have had no communication from this company outside of a spreadsheet that was sent to me in May 2023 and since then, crickets. Be careful what you pay for, if the offer seems too good to be true, it is. This place is a scam.

    The business is a total scam. No services rendered and not a legitimate company. Nothing but excuses when a refund is demanded. Reported to ************ of internet crimes on 6/30/23.

    Credibilis Services LLC Dispute commenced unsolicited texting my cell number in early 2023. They advertised for medical billing and credentialing services. I contracted them on February 27, 2023 to get me and my company credentialed with several Insurance companies. Credibilis Services LLC, to be referenced to as "Credibilis" in following: Credibilis advertised as a medical credentialing and billing company. Credibilis required me to pay upfront on February 27, 2023 before beginning the credentialing process. Credibilis was given sensitive information of license number, SSAN, sensitive business information & professional licensing on 02/27/23 via Bank Debit Payment. They immediately came back the same day and had me spend an additional $1140 for more Insurance Coverage with another company. I was told the process would take two to three months at most. Ive yet to get any updates whatsoever from Credibilis with any follow-up communication of services has not been initiated or communicated. Credibilis has not attempted to solve any of my problems or inquiries, even though Ive called, emailed, texted numerous times. They state via texting they are busy each time and will get back to me or one of their team members will in a few hours which they never do. This approach has been attempted at least 4 times or more over the last 3 months with the last being June 1, 2023 without any resolution, communication, or proper communications sent or services delivered.

    Credibilis Services LLC Dispute: Credibilis Services LLC ID number: *********** **************** street & mailing address: ************************************************************** Registered Agent: **********************************************Credibilis Services LLC, to be referenced to as "Credibilis" in following:-Credibilis advertised as a physical therapy credentialing and billing company. -Credibilis requires payment before beginning the credentialing process. -Credibilis was given sensitive information of license number, SSN, sensitive business information & professional licensing. -03/09/23: Zelle Payment Delivered to Credibilis Services LLC.-Credibilis sent an improper invoice and was paid an adjusted amount for their service. -Corrected Invoice was never delivered. -Credibilis Services and follow-up communication of services has not been initiated or communicated. -Credibilis has not attempted to solve problem, but state via phone they are too busy, will get their team to resolve the issue. -This approach has been attempted 3 times without any resolution, communication, or proper invoice sent or services delivered.
