    They keep spamming me from different numbers. Over 50 in the last year ridiculous. How do they get away with this fraud? Why so many spoof numbers?! Leave me alone

    This appears to be a scam company. I wired $1500 to the company, and was I trounced to a ***** as directed *********************. I have been calling for updates to no avail, neither will they answer my emails. I called from a different number and got a lady who said, ********************* no longer works there and hung up. She would not pick up, I called from another number, a male answered the phone, listened for a hit, then hung up. It appears that, they are still taking new clients, while not carrying out the work of previous client. I will be making a formal complaint to the *** wire fraud unit, as well as the *** This is unacceptable to have a physician's most private information while conducting what appears to be fraudulent activities. There should not be any rating, as nothing has been done, nor have I received a refund, nor any communication from CrediBilis

    PLEASE PLEASE RUN from this company. They are a fraud. They posed to be a genuine credentialing company and was calling me every single day until I signed with them. Paid them over a **** dollars to get credentialed with over *********************************************************************** returning my emails. They should be arrested and thrown in jail fo life as they are defrauding people of their hard earned money. If you are a provider looking to get credentialed, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. You can't even reach them through the website because it is not operational. I will *** them for every ***** and stress they have caused me.

    Not even good/intelligent scammers! This company, DBA Credibilis Services and ConfidoRCM, utilize the same phone numbers and tactics (literally word-for-word). They take public information (like NPI registries) and literally harass providers for their services. In spite of over a dozen requests to not be contacted, you can rest assured they will try again - sometimes even within the same day. Interestingly, the name of the contact keeps changing to rather... umm, similar "types" of names... we have a *******************, *****************, *******************, ******, ****, *****, etc.; however, the names of the companies and listed agents are obviously in contrast. You'd think once someone calls you out as a scammer, you'd move on. Not these winners, they just attempt again the next day. If it wasn't so annoying, I'd think it was comical.

    Upon initiating a credentialing process for two insurances with Credbilis on April 24, 2023, there has been a complete lack of communication from their end. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, responses remain elusive. Furthermore, their associated entity, Confido RCM, also remains non-responsive, even beyond their stated one-business-day reply window.Red Flags:Lack of Communication: After initiating a service and payment, no updates or communications are provided, leaving customers in the dark.Unresponsive Contact Points: Multiple attempts to communicate with primary contacts and general company emails have proven fruitless.Possible Shell Companies: The emergence of an associated company (Confido RCM) without any discernible difference in service or responsiveness raises suspicions.

    This is a scam company! Do not use them for medical credentialing services. After payment they refuse to return any calls or emails. They never started any of the credentialing applications either.

    I have no relationship with this company. Never have. They will not stop texting me for their services. Even if their services (insurance billing) was something that might be of use to me, I would never use them. I have told them to stop contacting me many times and they haven't. I have filed reports against each number contacting me with the ****
